There was a lot of furniture in a limited space however, it was well presented. Limited off street parking. There was a musty smell in the toilet and shower on arrival which dissipated on airing.

The property was clean and comfortable and Bev went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed.

Was absolutely delighted with how well this property was managed by Beverley and Alex. The cottage out the back was perfect had everything you could possibly need for your stay and complementary continental breakfast include. Will definitely stay again in the should I need accommodation in the future. Was an absolute pleasure staying there.

I booked the 2 bedroom unit, but when I arrived I was told it was given to a family who arrived before me. Luckily my son didn't arrive from Coffs Harbour as planned. The hosts did offer another seperate lovely 1 bdrm unit in it's place which was great....but I might've needed the 2nd person to stay close to me for one reason or another....which is why I booked the 2 bdrm unit in the first place. I just feel you should get the unit you actually booked & not have it given away to someone else.

Very nice host, allowed us late check in at 9pm and allowed us a little bite late check out. She came for guid us to park properly as it’s dark. The rooms were very clean and big enough (2 bedrooms) and good taste decoration in the rooms, breakfast was good, the room rate was very reasonable, highly recommend!
