This location cannot be beat. It’s right in the centre of town so we walked everywhere! It was very quiet and peaceful - despite being in the heart of town!

Some parts of the room were damaged and or didn't work correctly. Not enough cleaning supplies and toiletries were given to us for the weeks stay.

The free upgrade due to our initial booked room was being repaired. The location was incredible and close by to shopping. The room was very modern and luxurious.

I am not a fan of the spa bath so I found having a spa in the bedroom a bit weird especially when someone was in bed and the other is in the shower/spa. The shower/spa would not be practical for every one as it is quite high to get in and out of.

I really like the spaciousness of the lounge and kitchen area. Plenty of Room to relax especially on the comfortable gigantic couch! I was expecting to be really cold down south at this time of the year but the heating made it cosy all the time.

Parking is a bit limited. Villas are designed to be able to be separated into 3 separate accommodations or combined in various combinations, which is a great idea. But at first we were confused because it looked like someone was already in our villa. Queen size bed, not king-size. I arranged a late checkout through the Booking.com app and got a positive reply, but it was not actually relayed back to Bay Village. They knew nothing about it till they called me after the usual checkout time to check where our key was. Fortunately, they were still able to accommodate our request and didn't make us feel like it was a problem.

Villa was spacious very clean and well appointed. Central location is super convenient. Jess at the office was lovely, super helpful and friendly. 1) No car park for this villa, parking is “first come first served” at the front of the property, a distance away from the villa. This needs to be addressed as when you pay the extra costs for a villa, there is an expectation that there will be parking at the villa. This is important for rainy weather, or bringing in groceries/purchases. 2) Spa bath needs a safety step to get in and out, particularly as the shower is in the spa. This is a hazard for older guests particularly.

We were in room 35 and there was no WiFi. Moved three rooms away on the balcony and had great WiFi and internet connection.
