AustraliaHad the horrible Carpark beside the gate, and to make things worse the resident in the Carpark beside us never parked central to there carpark space ( on the left line ) and also it is a Crushing Hazard having a moving gate beside our Carpark also. The Chairs and Couch in the room where all uncomfortable and out dated. One set of keys had no way to open front entry. Loungroom curtains where see through ?

We liked our beds and the rooms. The use of the wifi and the comfy lounges, the size of the unit. very spacious. the amenities very handy.

AustraliaAs we entered, it became apparent that something was amiss with the cleanliness - the sink had bits of food in it from the previous people, there were sticky patches and marks on the floors in the kitchen/dining/lounge area, children’s handprints on the glass doors in the same area, spilt food on one of the dining room chairs, crumbs on a couple of seat cushions on the lounge, an unwashed dishwasher full of dishes that smelt rotten upon opening it up, toilets that were only partially cleaned, and the entire verandah and outside area hadn’t been cleaned either. The beds were made and fresh, and the master ensuite and other shower and basins were cleaned though. Not usually being people who would normally complain, my friend and I summed up the fact that this situation was above what anyone would consider ‘reasonable’ to perhaps greet you in any accommodation that you’ve paid a decent amount of money for your stay in and so we decided to take photos and go back to reception. Once arriving, we showed the gentleman, and he apologised and explained that they had been short staffed and had to call in help from an external cleaning company that day. He said he would come up and inspect the apartment as soon as he could close reception at 4pm, and apologised that he couldn’t move us to another room as we requested, as they were fully booked. True to his word, he arrived at 4.10pm and agreed that it was not acceptable and he was horrified at the state of the apartment that we had been greeted with. He apologised continually and said that he would fix it for us himself…. We decided to leave whilst he did so and go to the shops to give him some space. He rode the elevator with us to the basement as he wanted to collect the full cleaning cart/trolleys that are normally used. We were gone for over an hour and 20 minutes, and upon arriving back, this lovely gentleman had literally deep cleaned the entire apartment, and was still finishing up!
On initial opening of the door to enter our apartment, it was light, spacious and furnished very nicely. It was on the 4th floor and we had a lovely view out over the pool area and central gardens. It was quiet!

AustraliaSigns on ground very faded and signs in gardens overgrown so hard to work out where things where or where to go. I arrived afree hours annd was dark. Late check in was otherwise good. Unable to get back in front door after dinner. There was a motor or similar near the wall of the bedroom that cycled on and off all night and vibrated the wall and made enough noise for a very broken sleep.
Beautiful rooms. Very spacious comfortable lounge and comfortable bed. Would be a great apartment to stay longer than overnight for work.

AustraliaWe enter our apartment with a industrial fan going on the wet carpet. The smell was bad. We left out apartment for the day and left spare keys on bench. That day we had tradirs in to fix the air con. Keys gone but we got charged for the list keys.

New ZealandThe apartment is very outdated. We had problems with the electrical side of things. Switches turned off twice for the whole apartment and we had no energy for a while. Security had to come…. Very annoying… the TV in the living room had no remote and they knew it… we had to ask for them to replace it twice. Bathrooms were clean but the kitchen not so much. The fridge needs to have the inside seam of the door replaced as it doesn’t shut properly anymore….

AustraliaThere were lots and lots of mosquitos inside the rooms and outside in the pergola. There were spiderwebs with trapped insects in some of the corners above the curtains. Other areas like bathrooms, kitchen and beds were generally clean. There were no side table lamps. The lighting in the bedrooms could be better.
We were there for an overnight stay. The pool and spa looked pretty good even though we didn't use it. Our rooms were very large and spacious. The appliances were of good brand and quality. Each of the room had access to the pergola. Underground parking was good.

AustraliaThe beds could definitely do with an upgrade, very uncomfortable to sleep or even sit on. The shower screen door couldnt close properly which made the bathroom floor wet easily. We stayed for 8 days and were told we would get one room clean during the time and had arranged which day and noone came to clean the room. We also bought extra coat hangers because they only had 4 to share amongst 4 people. And we bought extra toilet paper as nothing was restocked.
Great pool and all those that live there were very nice. Its super close to the theme parks and also no to far from surfers area. The rooms were nice and big with all your own normal household appliances so you can have cooked dinners and do your washing. Blockout blinds in the bedrooms but not in the lounge and main area. Apart from uncomfortable beds and a few things its pretty good to stay, i do recommend it. Hopefully beds are upgraded and blockouts in the loungeroom area next time
