Wasn't a problem for me but this hotel doesn't provide breakfast - but on the plus side my room included fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses & a microwave along with tea towel, dishcloth etc so it was easy to self cater breakfast (and I only booked a hotel room, not an apartment) Like other reviews say - there is not a lot of parking (again not a problem for me using tram but worth noting if you're hiring a car) Booking.com makes it appear that room will be freshened up daily as you'd expect with a hotel - the hotel however when it sends information makes it clear you only get a room service for a booking of more than 7 days. You can get a mini service for $35 - fresh bedding, towels, floors mopped & cleaned etc

Room was clean Bed was comfy Pool & pool area was good size - not exactly warm as waterfall water coming into it is cold - managed a swim in June though so definitely not freezing. Spa pool was hot and jets strong 2 minute walk to the G (tram), so easy to access all of the highlights of Surfers Paradise Even though my room overlooked the pool & main road it wasn't too noisy inside - slept fine Good value last minute booking

We paid extra at booking for on-site parking but when we checked in were told it was 'first in first served'. We were lucky to find a park, but if we hadn't of were told we would need to pay for external parking - around $30 for the night. I wish this was made clearer as I'm not sure what we paid extra for.

Bed was very comfy and the sauna and spa were great!

The counter top was so old, and worn out. The paint and repair work on the walls was subpar. The balcony was smoke free! 🤨

That there was no form of hotplate available nor dishes for any microwave cooking either. Even an electric fry pan would have helped. We also found the shower over the bath a bit old world and perhaps a bit dangerous, when the bathroom is big enough for both shower and bath.

We liked its location and outlook and also the added facilities and the security of the garage. The bed was huge and almost had to book a taxi to go visit my wife.

Shower on the older side. Showerhead pulses from hard to soft with no handle on the shower door. the separate bedroom had sliding doors that didn't line up well letting light leak.

Very big room, nice and spacious, pool, spa and gym on site. Close to beach and a shopping centre with plenty of restaurants
