We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe room smelled bad on entering. I almost went back to say could we not have the upgrade. However, we noticed what looked like construction workers from somewhere and he may have placed us in that room so our stay would be quieter. If so, then we are grateful. However, we did not find the room pleasant. The couch as hard and very low to the ground, as was the bed. No doubt for a purpose, but not ours.
The man on reception said he would upgrade us to a better room. That turned out to be a room for someone disabled so there was more room.

AustraliaAfter driving 3 hours to arrive at hotel, we checked in and immediately advised by reception staff to keep the noise down due to shift workers staying. No other guests we were travelling with and also staying here were told this. I wonder if the same message was shared with the parents of young kids running around the car park at early hours and crying and screaming as they went to sleep that kept people awake? Shift workers staying at your hotel are not our problem!
Good location for the purpose of our stay. Nice addition to undercover area.

AustraliaSpa room was located beside the pool which resulted in a lot of noise in the mornings, not as relaxing as you would expect for the extra price you pay. No power outlets close to the bed, Phones etc. had to be charged on the opposite side of the room. Even though we selected pay at the hotel when booking our card had already been charged before we arrived which was inconvenient as we were planning to pay via a different method.
The location was great, close to the main street and everything you need for the stay. Receptionist was friendly. The room was tidy and a good size, as was the bathroom.

The guy at front desk had no smile etc just very plain not interested in anything just got told breakfast order had to be back by 7pm the highlight was the breakfast apart from that nothing but not worth 200 a night hell no.
