My location in the park 😑 too dark way over there number 50 should be more lights 👍 over there especially it being so dark 🫣 even a fence should be around the area of the house and I didn't like the idea of a creek being there even though it's dry but still that's why a fence should be blocking that. I would not like to stop way over there again 😟

It was very old, the grounds were unkept, situated in the industrial area on a main road, beds were cheap and very hard, cooking facilities were poor, no play equipment and pool area had been filled in. All in all the facilities were very disappointing. The park needs an overhaul. I will not be recommending it or choosing to stay there again.

Strong smell of mould when we first entered floor mats very dirty full of sand (at least not cleaned from last guest maybe last couple guest ) in had to wipe out freezer as There was mould in all on ice try .the dishes kids got from cupboard Were unwashed that was pretty gross we have stayed here before wasn't nearly as nice as when we came last everything pretty ok except I would say to whoever is doing the cleaning needs to be either over there job or just not doing properly to owner of property perhaps the odd thorough check off cabins might prevent, this kind of review place has so much going for it but unclean is what we got. Id love to find they take this review I in a good way small things can make all the difference. I took pictures mould in freezer an dirty dishes later decided to give a chance redeem the standards of cleanliness

No wifi reception where we stayed, pool is out of order and the resort is very outdated. No bbq facility close to us, and no entertainment for the kids except a few run down swings on what could be considered a jungle gym/play area. We did not meet the staff employed once. Those we did see did not greet us or interact at all. There was at times a sewage smell in the air.

The unit we stayed in was right at the end of the property so it was very quiet. Guests around us were quiet too.

Bathroom door broken, bathroom exhaust fan not working. office notified and staff attended and said would be Monday job. Reported sprinkler had been running all day outside cabin and when reported was told it didn't matter as not paying for water as it is a bore. Refrigerator freezer door missing which meant foods in refrigerator were freezing.

Totally false advertising! The images on the website were not what the site has provided or how it has looked for years. There is no pool, and obviously hasn't been for many years! It is not difficult to update a website and remove this image. Facilities very run down and neglected, yet fully booked, so owners still raking in the money, but not caring about their assets and most of all their customers. Showers, basins, tiling all need urgent repairs and upgrades, no lights working in some rooms, structural damage to patio, guttering falling off and all gutters full of leaves and branches. Very dangerous with the heavy thunderstorms experienced. This once was a wonderful place to visit, very sad now!

The cabin was clean and all cooking appliances worked well. The natural bush surrounds where lovely, even though very neglected and unkempt.

Hygiene The bedroom was stuffy and the blankets were not smelling good. It looked like they had not been washed in a long time. Alot of dust on top of the wardrobe that if you placed anything there it would come with the dust underneath. The bathroom door was not closing properly and there was a lot of cobwebs surrounding the air circulation thing in the bathroom.No mats on the bathroom floor.

The location is wonderful and quite exactly what we needed. A lot of privacy and space. Easy access and close to the waters.

Needs a very thorough clean & some maintenance - particularly in the bathrooms.

The staff were fantastic and extremely accommodating, even around a booking error. We cannot speak highly enough of the people there; very lovely.

Stayed in cabin 34 with 3 children for 3 nights. Power failed several times, toilet had a terrible smell Wenever flushed, shower door didn't close, under bathroom vanity leaked, fridge froze all our fruit and Veg, and premade salads, meat, cold cuts, and milk. I lost $100 worth of groceries. Such a shame because the park and staff were just beautiful.
