Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaMore upkeep on cabins. We had a cnr cupboard that had to be lifted up when closing, The toilet paper holder was falling apart and the balcony supports were loose. I suffer with balance problems and need to hold on while going up or down stairs so posts need to be supported. 2 of these problems were only minor but the last one was unsettling to me but would probably be ok for others.
Close to supermarkets, Fuel, etc. The staff were helpful and friendly. The place was quiet even though the 2 roads were busy.

AustraliaThe room was not the cottages shown in the photos, I had to go and get a shower curtain. The shower has mold in the bottom of it. The hot tap was on the wrong side. The couch was filthy with stains.

Australia- our cabin was so hot and air conditioner didn’t work well - our cabin was dirty and huge stains all over the carpets - pool was chain locked at 5pm when it was 40+ degrees and we were needed to cool our son down between games - the park is very untidy and rundown - 2 days we had issues with NO water and 1 of those days we needed a shower to go out for a team dinner and we had to stay in a sports clothes - management was rude - NOT worth the money we paid

AustraliaWhen I arrive Air Con was on but all windows open in guessing it may have not smelt nice one window had no screen and flies had come in It wasn't clean and had. No smells of cleaning done Dust and socks under bed and clothes left in draw no spare toilet roll over Priced for what you get comparing it with plush hotel rooms in the city horrid dark curtains and dark old lounge not in good condition and dark bed cover. When I stripped the bed sheet off big lump of dust under it where I had been sleeping no wonder i felt itchy dusty under TV counter. if they want there guests to clean say so and provide detol cleaners mops and lower charges considerably Didn't like their cancellation policy take and no give 2nd time I have stayed there out of desperality

Room was so small that you cannot get a broom under bed any type of wind had dust bunnies rubbish coming out from under it, windows dirty, a good spring clean would do the trick.

AustraliaThe whole unit was not cleaned properly. Poor ventilation in the second bedroom is extremely little space throughout the unit. Air-con not cooling efficiently,bathroom door not closing properly, no privacy. It was not a pleasant experience ,advise to visit the site before booking.

Set up, when my 23 month old was locked in the bathroom as the door locked itself they were quick to come and help.

Australia“superior” is not a word that should be used for these chalets. They may have been in their heyday 40 yrs or so ago but haven’t been upgraded since then.Advertised as having a fully functioning kitchen but this included tiny microwave and bench cooktop only. It was one step above camping! The grounds could be a leafy oasis but is overgrown, unkempt and unloved. The pool was the only bright spot in the grounds. The whole park needs some attention
