The wifi was horrible but was good to be away from all of that. One young lady on the reception *not Maddie* needs to work on her people skills, it was like she didn’t want to be there and very abrupt.

The location and facilities were fantastic. Felt like you were away from the rat race. Maddie and Ben were fantastic at the reception as well as all the serving staff.

More hanging rails in the bathroom would be useful for wet bath towels/pool towels and swimmers. Shower curtain needed to avoid slippery floors- slipped and cut my toe on the drain cover in the middle of the bathroom. Room was a long walk from reception/ pools.

Great breakfast included. Great facilities- pools and mini golf. Spacious room.

There needs to be staff in the kids pool area, kids were jumping off the bridge with no regard for safety. The cafe at the kids pool was never open for our entire 5 night stay. It would be nice if the restaurant was open for morning coffee. Our keys didn’t work in some of the locks including indoor pool and one of the gates to the adult pool. One of the nights the key wouldn’t open the car park gate in car park 4. I believe that the room was way over priced for what we got.

The location was great. Beds were comfortable and room was neat and tidy. We looked right over the kids pool which had a great atmosphere. Grounds were lovely to walk around and staff are very friendly. Loved the location of the restaurant. Loved the wildlife around the resort. Some beautiful nature walks from the beach were great.

The lack of air conditioning in our bedroom was a huge negative, no fans were available when we asked for one. In a place as humid as Coffs air conditioning in the bedroom is a basic necessity and not a luxury, especially considering the cost to stay. The AC in the lounge is inadequate to effectively cool the whole space. Also the phone reception is terrible, not a huge negative as we were on holidays but definitely something to consider if you need to work or study while you travel.

The resort has a very relaxed feel, the grounds are maintained to a high standard, the landscaping is lovely it really feels as though you are staying in a tropical resort. The pools are fantastic, having more than one is excellent and my child really loved the waterslide. It does need modernisation, especially the restaurant area but its a quick drive into town for dinner.

No service of the room, the glass ceiling bathroom got horribly hot and humid as there is no aircon in there. I don’t think you should charge the same price for everyone room when some are more modern and have view while others don’t

No lift or ramp facility for pram, breakfast/dinning experience. Lack of air conditioning in Buffet breakfast venue. Room was hot making it a less enjoyable experience. Buffet breakfast was average. Buffet trays were not refilled within a timely manner during peak periods 8am - 10am. WiFi coverage very poor. It was hard to get connected with several connections failures and then once being connected would drop off frequently.

Their wifi reception is almost non existent in places which can be very frustrating and in the bures the bathroom can get really hot w the large skylighted roof but really....theyre not big picture things abd can be easily ignored.

Its always relaxing and in a great location. A stroll to Diggers Beach, which is never too crowded and always pretty safe to swim at. Hit the pool as soon as it opens at 7am for a great start to the day.

Our cabin was out of reach of Wi-fi, so we had little to no reception for the all stay. Same applied for the cabin TV, which could not connect to Netflix or any other app.

The resort facilities are great: there are two big pool areas with plenty of sun beds and great pools. The cabins area is nice, well maintained and quiet. Cabins are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and nice.

The local school children in the water dragons areas spitting, swearing and generally being revolting with their behaviour. These children were not guests. But, they did make paying guests move on with their filthy habits.

Everything, as usual, was fabulous. The only problems we had, were with local youth in the facility that weren't guests moving o People from the pools with their disgusting behaviour.

Directions to room from staff weren’t great. Marked a path on the map to our room that didn’t even exist. Can be a long confusing walk to your room from where you have to park the car. Resort pool lacked easy access. Stairs were angled and slippery. Too much for my older parents to get in and out safely so they didn’t swim.

Rooms and amenities were great. Clean and tidy and all the comforts of home. Great for our group of 7. Plenty of space. Able to get some takeaway meals from the restaurant. Pool area were great
