Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe liked our stay in Vienna in Zoder Apartment. This apartment is spacious and clean with everything you may need during a week stay. Sunny balcony was also a pleasant place for breakfast and dinner in the summer. The bed and cushions are really comfortable. We felt like home! The house itself is new, with personal contactless access. You can also find several supermarkets in a minute walking distance. Danube embankment is just around the corner with great opportunity for jogging or just relaxing walk watching the swans. Communication was very quick and excellent! You feel really welcome here. P.S. Room for the luggage, which we could use after check-out, was also a pleasant bonus.

We had the room 21 in a very nice building. The room is renovated, clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious with a nice balcony to enjoy the nice weather. Excellent location near Prater easily served with metro line U2. Excellent communication with clear instructions with the team. It is not our first time in Vienna but this apartment was the best place we stayed in so far. However I have a few recommendations: Additional towels would have been a plus, detergent for the toilet and maybe some washing powder. A mop outside the shower as the water can drip outside and additional toiletries as the two tiny bottles are not sufficient for a seven days stay. It was mentioned that the room had a safe but it wasn't available. Thank you for the professional communication and nice stay we are definitely coming back

SerbiaEven though the place was clean and very well maintained, the terrace, which is really great big place overlooking the courtyard of the apartment block, was not cleaned for some time. I do not speak about the leaves or similar things from the yard/park, but there was just plain dirt on the windows, chairs, and the desk. Even so, the terrace is a great option for summer, but it must be cleaned properly and maintained continuously.
Well equipped, new. Comfortable bed. Metro and tram all under 10 minute walk. Communication with the host very good. Two bedrooms were good and clean. Very good for up to 4 people. Big living room and terrace. Bathroom and toilet nice and clean. TV/Internet, all good. Parking space in the garage very convenient option if coming by car. Prater park is near if you like that kind od stuff. Couple of major supermarkets 3 minutes away, bakery etc.

All furniture is new and tastefully selected. The bed is very comfortable, the bed linen is new. The kitchen has a lot of utensils, everything you need. A modern safe area near the metro. We are definitely going to return here in the future.

GermanyFor some reason the messages from the host team always comes twice. I guess this is a system problem with booking and not the host's fault. A few more plates and bowls would be great, so one doesn't have to do dish-washing quite so often. A small table in the kitchen to store our grocery would be nice. A phone holder in the WC would be great.
This was our second visit to Vienna, so the fact the apartment is a bit far from the old city did not bother us. Instead we enjoyed the vicinity to Prater and the river front. For family with kids, this is ideal, because the river front has a lot of interesting things for kids to do. Playgrounds, cute rabbits, nice pedestrian area to take a walk. The fire department is just across the street, but we didn't hear any noise from it. Two different supermarkets within 5 minutes walk distance. Bus 11a to take you right to Millenium City, if you want more shopping possibilities, indoor playgrounds for the kids, or a huge food court that goes over 3 floors. The apartment itself is newly renovated, very clean, and well equipped. The cleaning lady is very friendly and readily helpful. We will definitely come back, when we visit Vienna again.

UkraineParking place is not guaranteed until you pay for it. In my case I reserved a parking place and paid for it right before the arrival - it was still available, no problems faced. Not sure if it's just a luck or smth has changed in parking reservation process, so I don't take the star off for that. But keep it in mind.
Modern comfy apartment with everything you need to stay for shorter or longer time. There is a fire station opposite the building (living room side), but it makes no noise or any discomfort. Bedroom has no spectacular view outside:), but for us it didn't matter - we walked all day and just came back to sleep there:) Private garage parking is 2.10m high - please keep in mind if you have a high car :) Overall, our stay was a great experience - both apartment and the surrounding area are very nice. There are at least two supermarkets just few steps away - Spar and Lidl. There is also good public transport nearby, so you can easily get anywhere you want. Prater amusement park is just at walking distance - it's a very close and great option to go to. Additionally I would like to mention great support from the host company - we've got phone numbers for emergency cases, but they also respond in chat very quickly, so you can be calm for cases if anything happens or is required.
