Super clean and spacious room with balcony, there was clear instruction for self-checkin, shared kitchen and lounge area are also spacious and very well-equipped. Very close to the lake and good restaurants. Would recommend to anybody visiting Zell am See.

The best hotel in Zell am See, very clean and neat, the staff is very professional and flexible, they have a very beautiful balcony with lake view. The location is perfect near to every thing 2 mins to the bus & train station 4 mins to the heart of the town, and at the same time quite area away from crowd which provide the best combination. They provided me with a Guest card that provides free transportation and 10% discounts in all activities. They have parking and 24 hours grocery machine with decent prices. I enjoyed my stay to the max especially the balcony and the location free of hassle.

The location is situated 5 min walking distance of train station, Spar supermarket, restaurants.. The staff is very professional.

Parking cost is a little expensive at 10 euros per day, but its right outside the entrance of the hotel and our motorcycle felt secure, parked in its allocated bay.

This place is fabulous, beautifully decorated and luxurious, very comfortable and clean. No breakfast available but only short walk to various cafes and supermarkets. Location is excellent, only minutes walk to enjoy this beautiful city. All the instructions we received before arrival worked out perfectly, where to go and the different codes you need.

That there was no cleaning of the room or changing of the towels during our stay. For a four night stay I would expect the room to be cleaned at least ones. There are rarely hotels that don’t do daily cleaning and I did not like this at this hotel.

Mattress was a little bit too soft for my liking. Toilet/WC was separate from shower/sink and there was no sink in the toilet to wash hands.

Great location in Zell am See, near the train station and Elisabethpark/lake promenade. Easy walking distance to restaurants/bars/shops in town. For a central location, it is great that you can find a hotel with free parking, so you can leave your car at the hotel and walk/hike/cycle around the area. My room was on the top floor with balcony and I could see a little bit of the lake which was amazing. Kettle and small water jugs are provided in the room as well which is a bonus. Good wi-fi. Dog friendly (€10 per day extra). Guests receive a Zell am See "Guest Card" which gave free access to public bus, and 10% discount on Schmittenhöhebahn.

Shower was a little cramped, but otherwise faultless.

Barmy winter self-check-in process, but good communication from team and once in was frankly blown away by the location. Not ski-in/-out, but as close as you can get otherwise. When I did meet the staff, they were delightful, helpful and spoke impeccable English. I will definitely be back and hope to have the same room as it had glorious high vaulted ceilings, two very comfortable twin beds, plentiful power outlets/charging points and well ventilated/very warm. Plenty of space for storage and ski / boot room with heated boot warmers was a nice touch on the Ground floor level.
