The thing I’d upgrade is the equipment in the kitchen: there was no coffee machine and microwave. I’d add some sugar, instant coffee / coffee capsules, a bit of dishwashing liquid, etc., so people don’t have to purchase large boxes of everything during a short stay. Some small towels (face/hair) would be nice. There is no elevator (1st floor), for anyone who considers that an issue. Also, no air conditioning in summer, which is quite common.

This is a very very spacious apartment. It’s very clean, smells nice, the furniture is new. The couch is comfortable to sleep on when extended. The location is quiet. The hosts are friendly and open to giving local advice. The washing machine is a big plus. A good choice for sure.

no tea, coffee or even water to drink for arrival, no cosmetics in the bathroom, you need to take everything with you; also the district was loud and does not seem safe, we have experienced arguments of people at streets and in the opposite apartments at night, so could not rest well

Some simple essentials were missing, like soap in the shower and extra toilet paper. It would be nice to have olive oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen.

The location is great. Quiet, but very close to many transport options to get around the city easily. The space was a nice size and the bed very comfortable!

Apologies for a long message. We had dificulties to enter the property, as it was using the codes. It was self-service entry, not so populat in other countries.I used that only once before. We were confused, how to do it. We got the message, that indicated the apartment number but the apartment number didn't exist on the board (on the left side by the main entrance). That was the first information in the message, what confused us. I think short step by step explanation would be very useful. for example: 1. To enter the main door, please select the code xyz. 2. Go to 1st or 2nd floor, and find apartament xyz 3. On the left/right side of the door there is a box, select code xyz 4. Press/move and you will find the key... 5. To check out, leave the key in the box and do ...this and that... If you start the message with the apartment number, everyone will look for it firstly. Other property that we saw, a key (main door's & apartament's) were available in the box next to the main door (and there was code and apartement number).

There was no AC and it got extremely hot inside. The windows didn't have nets and therefore bugs/mosquitos got in. Also, even though it is a small neighborhood, it was somehow very noisy.

It was a very spacious apartment. Had everything you might need: from a little kitchenette with utensils to towels. Check in was easy and the building was nice. Everything was clean and ready to use. The host was also very helpful and gave great recommendations.

The only point is that there is no lift unfortunately and the apartment is at 2nd floor. For us, it was not an issue as we were travelling with the cabin luggage only so was manageble. At the end, you just check-in once and then check out so one can manage that quite easily. If you get an excellent host and good apartment - this is a small thing to manage. Second very minor thing is lighting - I will request the host to put some more lights in the living space though there is natural light during the day so it has no impact but in the nights, an additional light would be of help.

Excellent apartment - fully equipped with all facilities. Spacious as well. The host has made all arrangements very well. For example, the apartment has fully functional kitchen. There is a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine. The attention to detail by the host is excellent, for example, throughout our experience of Airbnbs, this is the only apartment where dishwasher was provided along with the sufficient diswahser tablets. The apartment is located near the Spar, Billa supermarkets. There is a bus stop for bus no. 12A right in front of the apartment. At 250 meters walking you can cacth the Trams and other buses as well for city center which is 20 minutes away. It is also easy to commute to and from the Vienna Central Train station - a direct tram which takes 20 minutes. You will have to walk 500 meters. The apartment is an absolute value for money.

I really like the place itself, but one of the closest metro stations didn’t look safe in the evening.

We missed some hygiene stuff, like shampoo or shower soap. A big plus would be an umbrella or two in the apartment to borrow.

Only issues we had were on arrival as it’s not very clear where the apartment entrance is and the apartment number isn’t featured on the doorbell system which really confused us. The front door was also a little difficult to unlock but once you learn the knack to open it it’s ok! Very very small details that were overcome on the first day of our visit and the hosts were good at responding fairly quickly when we were struggling with door! Didn’t take away from our stay one bit!!!

The accommodation was excellent for our first time visiting vienna! The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious being a great place to relax after exploring the city! The location whilst not in the tourist centre was excellent for us as you only had to walk a few minutes in each direction to reach a transport link (would recommend highly getting day/week transport passes as they cover all of the public transport in vienna!! absolute bargain if you broke down how much single journey rides would have cost us!!!). Overall we had an amazing time in Vienna and would definitely stay here again if we return!

There was no decent knife to really cut anything, only table knives: not convenient if you cook at home. We have not found a hanger-dryer except for a heated towel rail. 1 of 3 bedrooms has street-side windows, rather noisy with open windows despite low traffic, but it was not a problem for us. There are a shower and a bathtube in the bathroom, but the water pressure in the bath was too poor to use it.

The apartment is wonderful: spacious, cosy, with comfortable beds, dishwasher and really big kitchen/dining room to accommodate up to 10-12 people seated at a time and enough tableware . The building is nice, the location is very convenient to explore the city, several supermarkets are at a 5-minute walk. A stroller can be left at the ground floor. Separate wc and bathroom. Distant check-in, you can arrive at any hour.

Since there is a gas boiler in the bathroom installed it is difficult to set up and maintain warm water in the shower. As a guest I prefered not to regulate it in my own, so I leave a suggestion for the owners.

Very spacious, clean apartment with all the necessary kitchen stuff. Close to the metro lines, located in a good distance from more louder city centre.
