We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel has a very nice 'old school' wibe, food for dinner was on high level. Hotel is very close to the skiing slopes and has nice views of the walley. Staff was very friendly.

GermanyVery few things. Perhaps only that the ski room was on -1 level and it was difficult to take the stairs with the ski boots. But really, this is a very minor issue.
It is a walking distance from the chairlift, with easy accessible center of the town, for shopping, spa or entertainment. The spa in the hotel exceeded my expectations, it was really great. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

CroatiaA few strange things: - SPA area is definitely under the standards. Pool is small and it's just outside (what is OK) but there is some material going out around the pool. It looks like some improvisation...Definitely not a Spa area like in other hotels. - Food was OK. But just ok. They trying to be some kind of fine dining style but there is a lot of space to improve it. Also ''afternoon snack'' was funny, some pasta with sour cream, fresh paprika and that's it... - Staff in general was ok. But, there was one bad scene. Cleaning staff for our room, they didn't pick up dishes and glasses for 3 days. Even I told them 2 and 3day to do it...
Whole that concept of small family hotel is good. Warm cozy atmosphere and kind staff were highlights of this stay. Special kind was one waitress, she was the only one who always noticed problem and try to help. With little investment and enthusiasm it can be a good hotel....
