There are no paper towels or extra towels etc. wasn’t expecting that. We had rain come in through a door one night and used towels to clean it up. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels and was told they would have to charge us. Lots of flies in the house when we first got there and we had to buy a fly swatter.

Gorgeous location! Beautiful dock to jump off of and swim. We had a large 5 bedroom house and fit is all perfectly.

We are a group of 6 people staying for 2 night but only 3 coffee capsules free and additional capsules are required to be paid.

It is near to the lake which is beautiful. The cottage is very spacious with a nice view. The sauna inside the room is also nice.

Should be a bit more informative the check in procedure, no one mentioned the hallstat boat trip, I've just seen when we checked out. It's not a big thing, just thought I mention it

Wooden chairs being dragged on a tile floor makes a loud noise and is especially annoying when coming from adjacent rooms. It actually woke us up several times.

On site Laundry, Restaurant and Store. Staff were super helpful especially for this English Speaking person in a German Speaking country. Thanks to Front Desk Attendant, Daniela, I was able to sort out our next leg of our rail journey. Many Thanks.

The utensils like pans, kettle kept in the apartment were not up to the mark as the non stick pans had their coating removed. But the staff changed them when we informed.

The location was brilliant. Away from crowd and near to nature.

Communication should be enhanced, language of the info letter before and after the stay was Dutch, which is a rare language. Should be English or German. Maybe in the kitchen salt/sugar could be added. Some guests were loud after 11 pm.

Nice house close to nature. It's practically a village of these houses. Two bedrooms and a living room, own terrace and parking place. Modern kitchen. Comfy beds. Place for everything important, wifi:) Very nice and practical location, directly at the lake and among mountains, offers a lot of possibilities for nature and sport lovers. Mini shop at the reception even on holiday open. We loved the stay there!

We could enter to the property in advance as our chalet was already prepared. Swimming pool is not very big but not many people in this season. Bike for rent was great to tour the lake. Great view !

It was pricey, no washing machine in individual rooms

Great location, right next to the Hallstatt lake, although on the other side of Hallstatt town. There's a park adjoining the resort, which is great for kids. The swimming pool was neat and clean.

our experience was marred by cleanliness issues. The sofas in our unit were dirty and appeared to have been used by pets, despite the resort’s clear no-dog policy. Furthermore, the resort indicated plans to replace the furniture, but this was only communicated near our checkout time, which was disappointing as it did not benefit our stay.

The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The kitchen area had a bad smell. The dishwasher manual wasn’t updated for the chalet’s model.

The location was stunning. Lots of activities for children. Best scenery.

I understand the idea of self service (bring your own food, towels etc.). However, it would have been nice if it was possible to change the towels every once in a while (instead of paying 6 Euro for laundry).

Great place. Amazing views of the lake. A whole lot of things to do. Great value for money. Staff are great. The chalet was excellent with all you need to have in an apartment. Location is also great but it is very much depend on which activities you are looking for

We had some ant issue at the kitchen… we would also appreciate if the trash sorting instruction was clearer (what goes in plastic?).

Personally, 10AM checkout. For me it's too early.

The house itself is very well designed with a great view actually everywhere around. One of the big advantages is the possibility of enjoying your own private time in the house but at the same time having access to the hotel services such as breakfasts, gym, grocery store, advices from the receptionist.

The place was cold and heater didn’t worked as expected. No microwave.

Very large kitchen and space for the family to eat and later different place to seat. Clean swimming pool and very close to the lake.
