There were some tools missing from the apartment. For example, a mop would be great for the bathroom. The kitchen sink was small for the pan and for the pot to wash them comfortably (since they are not recommended to wash with the dishwasher regarding the ikea site). The deposit of the apartment was described at booking.com as cash, but we needed to pay it online, so it was a headache to solve this misscommunication. There was a giant spider at the hall at our arrival. I recommend to name the television in the settings. It was hard to find our television from the 4 "Telefunken_" named divices when I wanted to connect with mobile to the TV via wifi.

I liked the backyard's mood. The apartment was clean, and we only found one giant spider in the hall, but other than that, it was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the placement of the apartment was perfect for us. The automated check-in went great. The kitchen was great for us to suit our needs. It was very silent in the apartment. It was perfect for relaxing even when there were constructions in front of the building.

The cleanliness is outrageous. It was tidy, but probably cleaned in ancient times. The room was clearly not occupied by humans for at least weeks, if not months. We found huge spiders, multiple cockroaches, among other species crawling around on furniture and walls. The property ignored subsequent attempts of conversation and refused to return the deposit even though we didn’t stay a single night there.

No air conditioning and no fans were available on a super hot days in August We couldn’t open the window because there were no mosquito net on the windows and there were a lot of mosquitos and bugs

No hot water for a shower in the morning was a real bummer. There was no advance notice of the hot water being shut off or I would have done things differently. I texted management regarding this issue. After a lengthy delay with their reply, they said there was a notification of the outage. I had already thought of that and had searched for one outside and inside the complex. There was no notice anywhere! They offered no solution to the problem other than to wait until late afternoon to shower. I also didn't like how I was expected to download an app to communicate with management instead of just using booking.com. After traveling all day, the last thing I wanted was to deal with issues with checking in. The bathroom fan in this unit was very LOUD and there was no way to shut it off. I kept the bathroom door shut, but sleep was difficult.

It was very dirty, hair and dust everywhere, The toaster had not been cleaned after previous customers left. The sheets were dirty, full of hair and hair and even a few stains of blood. In general the apartment was very dirty. No customer service.

The floors were extremely dirty. They look like they haven't vacuumed in months. Everything else was clean. The wifi is shared by all the guests in the entire building so we didn't feel comfortable using it.

Very close to the subway and Schonbrunn. City center is 15 mins away by subway. We loved how there was a Billa right across the street.

There is a coffee maker but there was no coffee for us, and it is such an odd machine that we were unable to find coffee pods to fit anywhere. We asked for some from management and they just told us they didn’t have any. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are just loose lumps of materials and provide no support whatsoever.

It was clean. The bathroom was large, wee-lit with a good sized shower and good water pressure. The location is very good and in a nice neighborhood.

The room hadn’t been cleaned. A lot of dust around the house, a mouldy pizza left by the last visitor. The aircondition stopped working on the last day of our visit. No hooks in the toilets for towels. This was pointed out in an earlier review but this is still not fixed. Not that big of a deal but on the other hand, not that hard to fix either.

Great location, store just around the corner, metro just a few steps away. Great Greek restaurant close and many kiosks to buy coffee etc in the morning.

When I entered the room there were so many bugs (ants, fries, spiders etc.). Because the room faced to a garden. It was summer and no air conditioning so I had to open the window, ending up many bugs.

The late check in and the inability to leave your luggage . The place is spacious and if they wanted to they could store the Luggage if they wanted to , since the check in is at 3 . It completely ruined our first day as we had to move around with 2 luggages.

The room was nice , the bed very comfortable and the apartment was clean .
