comfortable apartment in a very nice area (3 min away from the Metro line U4 and 5 min away from Schonbrunn Palace). it was perfect for us, a family of 2 adults and one 2 year old child. we will definitely come back here.

The location of the apartment is excellent for everything, to be quiet a little outside the center of Vienna, but at the same time with the subway or tram maximum 10 minutes if not less you are in the center, beautiful spacious and clean apartment, to return one day.

There was only one remote for aircondition, (the ones on the wall doesn't work) so sometimes we changed the temperature in different room than we actually wanted. Shower head is broken so the water was going to the window ledge, from there to the edge of bath and afterwards to to floor. So every time we went to have shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. The fan in second toilet, didn't work. And there wasn't any hook to hang the towel for hands. The accomodation page is confusing, in text its writen that it is for up to six people, but when I was booking it, there was only options for up to 4 people. I had to write to the managers just to ask if we can fit there (we were group of 5).

No direct contact, instructions arrived via mail. Apartment was really big and nothing was missing there. Absolute top was the location - really calm, with good security, close to u-bahn, Schönbrunn around the corner... Great!

Registration rules ☺️. And we had a lot of garbage for 4 days, but I don’t understand where they could be returned? However, I was able to deliver them myself.

Place is excellent: 5 minutes and U4 metro line ! It’s very important for excursions to Vienna. Food shop Billa -2 minutes. Schönbrunn territory- 5 still 10 minutes! Many cafe. Apartments has condicioner!

Great location right near the subway station and supermarkets, the apartment was very clean, safe, and spacious. Very well-equipped kitchen and you can watch Netflix or YouTube with the TV (my favorite part) I would definitely stay here again if I visit Vienna

There was a coffee maker but no coffee (we were waiting for welcome coffee), In Romania, this kind of appartment has a bottle of water in the fridge...The windows were dirty on the inside. The bathroom door was also dirty (there were handprints and something red) and there were crumbs and dust in and on the cabinets.

It was close to public transports and Schloss Schonbrunn. The apartment had many windows, a large balcony. The beds were large and clean, the bathrooms were also clean and large,

Everything so huge was like a home and we arrived at midnight thanks to plane delay but was so easy to find and 2 mins from the train 🚆 station . Great value and awesome cooking facilities and easy to use washing machine.

No dislikes, just some suggestions: It would have been nice to have a sofa or armchair to relax on instead of just sitting at the kitchen/patio tables or on the bed, but I appreciate that the room size makes this difficult. I've stayed in other small apartments that provided a big bean bag or two which could be moved around as required and that always worked well, so may be worth considering here? A few hooks in the bathroom would be a helpful addition, as would a dish cloth in the kitchen for drying dishes.

This accommodation is perfectly located (metro station, supermarket and chemist across the street; a lovely little cafe for breakfast or daytime snacks next door; several restaurants and the grounds of Schonbrunn Palace for a morning run or evening stroll within a 5-minute walk), yet very quiet due to its courtyard position. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped, including a proper coffee machine. The bathroom came with plenty of body/hair wash and a hairdryer (which doesn't seem to be stated in the write-up). The little garden space was lovely to have.

Very nice view on the apartment with terrace. Comfortable bed. All utilities needed. Great location near metro station and also near grocery store(Billa). Near Schonbrunn, where you can take walks in the garden. Will do come back.

We had a small issue with the bed linen. There wasn't a bed sheet on the bed when we arrived at 10 pm. It wasn't a problem for us, because I always carry my own bedsheets due to allergies. I wrote to inform the owners, and they offered to take care of the problem, but since there was no need I didn't want to bother them.

The apartment is very conveniently located - a 2 min walk to the Hietzing station which has U-bahn, tram, and bus connections. It was on the ground floor in the inner courtyard of a calm residential building. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the small private patio space. There was everything you may need in the kitchen and bathroom.
