Location was excellent, rooms were very very good. But above all the lady FR Mahnert on the front desk was the most efficient and helpful I have ever come across in any of the 45 countries I have travelled.

The hotel is advertised as one that includes parking, then mentions “discounted fare” at nearby parking lot. Upon arrival we had discovered the parking lot in question is about 150 meters away, which is a problem when it’s raining with nowhere to comfortably stop the car and take off the luggage. The lot in question is 22 euros for 24 hours, with the hotel only being able to provide a discount to to 18 euros for that period of time.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff were brilliant, so welcoming great rapport,got my room ready extra early too and upgraded my room because of my partners birthday, a nice touch too giving us umbrella for the heavy rain too. Highly recommend

We really do miss not being able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room - please put a kettle in every room!

A lovely hotel very close to the Old Town area - everything central easily walkable. Very helpful and friendly staff - we arrived early but were able to check in which was great. The room was very clean and well equipped , spacious bathroom - comfy overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent - highest quality food and so much choice. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The glass door to the toilet/bathroom could be a problem for some people - we were not disturbed at all.

Very nice smiling and friendly staff, changed our room according my wishes to look backwards, garage nearby, room perfectly equipped although a little bit small but sufficient, excellent location.

A hotel in a great location (close to altstadt), comfortable beds, great shower, etc. The breakfast was probably the best selection I have ever seen, particularly the fruit from all over the world, really nice touch!

The shower temperature was a little temperamental, but mostly all good.

Hotel is in a good location just on the edge of the historic old town. The main train station is around 15 minutes walk and there are bus and tram stops within a few steps of the hotel. The old town is just a walk around the corner The hotel staff we encountered were all very helpful and provided good local information and restaurant recommendations Our room was a good size with sufficient storage for a couple of days. A fridge is provided and air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was compact, but good to have the choice of bath or shower, especially after a long day walking around. The bed was large and very comfortable. We arrived before check in but were able to store our luggage securely which was appreciated.

The attic room had a sloping ceiling so we had to remember to duck to avoid bumping our heads - but we knew this when we booked. The lift only goes to the second top floor and you have to carry your bags up to the top floor. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue for someone with disabilities.

Central location, not far from railway station. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Air con was efficient. Good view from attic room. Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel

Everything!! Our check in experience was lovely with the lady taking the time to explain everything, very personable. The room was a good size (the best shower of our trip) with so many lovely little touches!! Great location with everything a short walk. The breakfast was fantastic with a staff member that was so attentive and warm. Amazing stay !!!!

Some older staff were not that nice. Asking to pay the tourist tax in the check-in, do not allowing to pay in the check-out. The younger staff were very helpful and nice.

The breakfast was excellent, with many tropical fruits and variety. The location is in the old town very close to everything, which could not be better. The room was very good and clean.
