United StatesThe small room did not have a lot of shelves or drawers to fully unpack so I felt I was living out of my luggage. The full length mirror is in the back of the closet so when I hung my clothes it was no longer useful.
Great location, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection of exotic fruit.

CanadaI could hear sounds and muffled voices from guests who were in the rooms next to my room. I could almost understand what they were saying. Air conditioning fan was loud. I wish there was more hooks or a bigger towel rack to hang towels in bathroom. Bathroom uses glass walls and door so it is not sound proof or smell proof.
I booked Economy Double Room with Air Conditioning. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile. :) The room was small, but it had a decent layout with the small space. A taller or larger individual may find the bathroom tight/small. It was very clean. The hotel is centrally located. Air conditioning worked well, but it was loud.

Right from the first moment we walked into the hotel we felt 'at home'. The reception team (and all other members of staff we met) were happy, helpful and very comfortable explaining the hotel facilities, and also suggesting things to do whilst in Innsbruck. The room was comfortable and cool, the bathroom was clean and newly refurbished, added to which the common areas and other facilities were top class. Breakfast was extensive, varied and good quality. The real highlight of our stay was nevertheless the staff, all of whom were great!

United StatesThe parking rate provided for Rathaus Gallerien at €18.50 was a little expensive and was not adequately reflected in the hotels description. I was not expecting to have to pay such a high rate for parking upon arrival at the hotel.
The property was great and in a really nice location located to the city center of Innsbruck.

AustriaJust skip the first floor. It seems there is no space to store the cleaning equipment, and everything piles in front your door.
Very good location. The old town is just around the corner. If you need parking, you will have to walk only 100m. Very convenient. Breakfast is very good and the staff is very polite and helpfull. Rooms are small (at least mine) but freshly renovated. Everything nice and clean. Air conditioning is a must during summer.

ThailandAll was perfect except perhaps the room size which is more on the smaller end compared to similar 4* hotels. Look at the backyard not very attractive. No water kettle in the room but you can ask and it will be provided by the reception
Excellent hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck city. Close to most attractions with lots of good restaurants around the area. Very good service and assistance by the entire hotel staff especially from reception and restaurant. Outstanding breakfast buffet with excellent choices especially from the fruit section. Very clean and modern looking rooms. Definitely recommended for expecting guests
