Our air conditioning stopped working on night two and it wasn’t resolved. Would have been nice to have more communication about this or something offered for the inconvenience. Had to walk through folks smoking cigarettes going to the loft house - unpleasant for a non smoking hotel.

Comfortable spacious & stylish rooms. The hotel was well located in a quiet neighborhood near cute restaurants and boutiques. It was easy to get around town via nearby U, bus, and tram stops.

The room was dusty behind the doors/ on skirting boards and there was no soap in the dispenser in the shower. This wasn’t a big issue and did not impact my stay. The large bathroom windows faced into a courtyard however it felt like if the curtain was open the other residences opposite could see in.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming, Nat (?) was absolutely wonderful she assisted with check in and also when I was collecting my bags. She was the highlight of my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. The property has been very well decorated and designed.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the centre of Vienna with plenty of restaurants and bars within close range. The food in the restaurant in the hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

could hear a dog barking in a nearby room, I booked this hotel in part because it advertised an airport transfer on booking.com but they actually don't do that (they did offer to call a taxi for me)

location is an easy walk to many tourist sites but in a calmer neighborhood, fun and interesting decor

Walking thru a courtyard where smokers hang out, at any time of the day. Would be nice to have room freshen up each day even if they dont change towels. Bin emptied and tea restocked and clean cups each day would be appreciated. Apart from that all good.

Great vibe, great location. Walk to the tourist spots or a variety of trams/ buses not far. Comfortable bed, nice quiet room. Super shower. Good breakfast, however every day same. Excellent restaurant attached to hotel.

At the same time, one of the receptionists was a little bit invasive because they knew how to speak our mother language while we were trying to check in. The supposed coolness of an analog phone in the room didn't allow us to call the reception when we needed to.

The reception staff was pleasant and friendly. The decoration is really beautiful, with a lot of green and vibrant colors, and the photo booth in the entry area was a great idea. Tip: Reserve a table in advance to enjoy the experience at the hotel restaurant. The food and the staff were fantastic!

The decor is quirky; we liked it but it may not be to everyone's taste.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. Our room was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Price was fine.

The selection of music could be better, but it was definitely a nice detail to have some choice 😊 The pillows were too thick. It was difficult to open/ close the shades of the bathroom. Weird location for the welcome mirror on front of the toilet... if door is open you see yourself (or the other person from the bed) on the toilet ! 😬 😅 😂

The mattress, the decorations, the lp player, the chairs. All nice, tasteful and not over the top.

Doors bang very loudly. If it’s busy or there is housekeeping happening it’s really hard to rest. There is no coffee in the room so you have to go out to find some or get at the restaurant bar which is costly. It’s just a bit too far away from everything. It’s a good 30 minute walk to the center and taxis are about 8 euros from the ring / centre to the hotel and it adds up. We like walking and we were doing 25k steps per day but I would go closer to the ringstrasse next time.

The staff were really friendly. The room was a great size with large walk in wardrobe and a bath and separate shower and the bed super comfy. I loved the design and the arty hipster vibes. The area was really interesting and there a lots of great restaurants and breakfast places and a lot of shopping and markets. It’s a really nice district of Vienna.

The price of the breakfast was the only negative point. 22 euros (up to 26 when it was booked the same day) is too much.

The rooms are amazing, the bed was super comfortable, the staff incredibly kind, friendly and helpful.

Room lacked a good cleaning- dusty electrical sockets, carpet needed a decent cleaning, shower was not the cleanest and water pressure was not the best. Overall, looks like room facilities are a bit outdated and needs replacing. Also would be nice to have some international channels on tv, but that’s just our preference 😁

The location is really good, short walk to main city centre but plenty of shops and restaurants in this district as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Hotel has it’s own vibe, there is a photo booth in the reception which gives a nice touch to the atmosphere.

No fridge

My first time to Vienna and was happy with the location. A little quieter than the more touristy area but that’s a good thing. Amazing restaurant on the main floor. They also rent bikes and this was one of the best ways to see the city and surroundings on the well established bike paths.
