You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI have nothing negative to say. The only thing to be aware of is that it is about a 30 minute walk from the bahnhof or 5 minute taxi ride.
The apartment was very clean and quiet. It has everything one needs to prepare a meal. The mountain views from the top floor are beautiful. There is a bus to Mayrhofen and beyond 5 minutes away.

HungaryNothing to add here, we didn't miss anything from the apartment. Daily rates are fairly high, though this is Tirol, that's what it is.
Super and quiet location in a small town, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Very clean and comfortable, practically furbished apartment, with the owners living in the same building. Michaela was a wonderful host. The Hintertux glacier is a 30 min drive from here.

AustraliaThe photos are accurate and the product is good value for money. However some aspects are starting to show some wear and tear... Eg bathrooms are starting to look a little tired etc, but in some ways that is part of the charm... Personally i struggled i little with the pillows as they were more of a type of small duvet type thing, but maybe that;s just me... I'm a bigger guy and would have appreciated a larger towel or two but again a personal preference... All in all a positive experience and we thank you.
Breakfast was good. Location is a little out of town, but this is made clear in the description. There is a local pizza place within walking distance which we didn't try.... Very authentic, experienced and genuine host. Family run. I was there with teenagers and made to feel welcome... For my Australian kids who had never seen anything like Austria before they appreciated the warm welcome and family photos which enabled a conversation about how similar yet how different life is to grow up in two very different geographies....

PolandCan't complain about anything really. Maybe the front door, which do not open too wide which is surprising.
The host was nice and helpful with everything. She showed us around the place, gave us all the necessary information. The location was nice within walking distance of Horbergbahn. The apartment had 2 large bedrooms. Both equipped with modern TV sets. There's a ski room at the ground floor equipped with ski boot dryers, ski hangers and everything essential for alpine skiers.

Everything in the apartment is really new and we had everything we needed. we didn’t rent a car, but it’s easy to take the ski bus which is 3 min away from the apartment, it’s also easy to walk to ski lifts and town centre
