They had changed our premium room to a basic one without telling us (the right room was out of order for some reason), but after a small conversation the friendly young lady at the reception arranged it :)

We could hear a lot of noise from the corridor outside our room. The air conditioning unit was quite loud.

Fair breakfast, very good beds, great location, nice staff. Good Asian restaurant at the ground floor.

Booking.com gives Amedia Plaza Wels 4 stars, but unfortunately that no longer reflects reality: the corridors, the lift and its interior, the carpets, the lobby need to be renewed/refreshed. Although according to the hotel website there is 24-hour front desk and to Booking.com till 00.00, on weekdays the reception closes at 22.30 and in the weekend even earlier, important to know for late comers, who may have been in heavy traffic or had a breakdown along the way!

Location is perfect in beautiful Wels! Choice at breakfast was ok and staff very friendly. Our room was very spacious and quiet, but we doubt that is was the room booked, namely a lounge room.

Nice large room (with Nespresso machine!) in a historical building. Right in the centre of Wels with excellent parking in the courtyard behind the hotel. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered terrace right outside our room. Very friendly staff.

Really noisy. There was a school class, active all night. The elevator is old and sounds terrible. The bathroom is not modern enough. Room doors do not keep out noise.

Fridge was not working well. Entry doors to appartments are so aloud in the night. the dryer in the bathroom could be cleaner. Wifi password could be placed in the Room.

The room I got was completely different from what I saw on the pictures and what I expected, but it was not a problem for me and I liked the room I got as well. What I didnt like was other guests shouting in the hallway in the morning when checking out, seems all the guests shouted so perhaps its just bad acoustics. This was also a minor issue.

I found spidernet everywhere, and a really big spider behind of the curtain. At check out, the payment terminal was out of order, because of the network..I had to wait a lot, finally they sent me to pick cash up.I paid wxtra 3.99 eur transaction cost for it. It was really not nice from such a hotel...

I was given a card to a room that already had someone in so I walked in on a person going into the shower at 11:30 pm! No tea in the room. One night my access card did not work and I struggled at 11 pm to alert someone at reception.

Quite centrally located. Room and bathroom adequate size for one person and not maybe 2.

It took us about half an hour to get in - we arrived outside reception hours and it was not communicated how to access the room, we had to call them a couple of times before they answered. At the end everything was well explained and we were able to get to our room.

Easy to find, nice looking and comfortable.There is a charging station in the parking and unfortunately fuel cars do not respect it and park there.

We came on Friday evening and it was no parking even “kiss and ride” option. No water glasses in the room, only coffee cups
