Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe bedroom bathroom needs a bit of love as the wall corners show lots of scuff marks. A noticeable amount of fruit flies at breakfast which can be easily avoided with coverings for yogurts and marmalades.
A highlight of my trip was the very welcome air conditioning throughout the hotel and also the tap water was safe to drink which was excellent when filling up water daily. Lift access to all areas which was very appreciated after lots of walking. Staff at breakfast always greeted a guest with a smile but also were helpful and friendly. On my last day, I enjoyed the customer service of the woman on reception as she was very helpful assisting me to store my luggage.

FinlandThe breakfast was alright but too expensive (16 euros). That isn't very fitting for a budged-friendly hotel. I only ate it once since that wasn't included in my booking. With that amount of money or even less you can get better breakfast elsewhere. There was quite strong scent in bed sheets and after lying down on the bed my clothes and hair smelled like that. Not a big problem for me but someone might be allergic to strong scents. People travelling on budged sometimes want to buy some groceries instead of going to a restaurant, like I did. Unfortunately there wasn't either a mini fridge or a kettle for that purpose. I knew that beforehand but those would have been useful. The room cleaner knocked and opened my room's door after already finishing the work there and I wasn't expecting that. It's a little bit disturbing when you want to relax alone after spending time in the city. Fortunately this only happened once and otherwise great job with the cleaning 😊
Location is good, subway and train stations are nearby. It's easy to get to the airport and city center. At least one grocery store is nearby. And also Prater amusement park is close if you want to visit there. My room was very clean and thanks to the AC there was nice and cool temperature despite of hot summer. The bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Reception is open 24 hours so you can arrive there for check-in anytime you want. It was nice to have some coffee at the lounge bar.

Polandcomplete lack of sockets is a huge discomfort, none next to the beds, just one by the window; the ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy throughout the whole day and it's not possible to turn it off
