Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryStaff at reception is very cold, not so helpful. Room is tiny, there is no door on the bathroom, which is stylish but in case you are travelling with someone who is not your partner, it can be surprising... The bed was too soft, the windows were facing the inside of the building which was not attractive...
The location of the hote is great, in the centre o Prater. Simple but fresh style of rooms.

TurkeyThey probably added the toilet and bathroom to the room later. We also stayed on the top floor and the ceiling was very low. Also, the air conditioning was set to automatic. We could never change the setting and get it to the temperature we wanted.
The hotel is not far from the city center. It is within walking distance of the Danube and the tram passes right in front of it. The rooms were very clean.

PolandRather poor soundproofing in the room and I was not a fan of the mattress. A word on the parking. Yes it is very challenging to get in and out if you have a bigger car like my v90 which is almost 5 meters long, but I managed to get in and out without any scratches so it is feasible if you know what you are doing. But be prepared that it is a little challenging. If you are not up to it just go directly the the public parking place.
For one night it is perfect. Clean rooms, nice big shower although there is not much privacy but if you travel with your partner that should not be an issue. Good breakfast.
