Mattresses and pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. That's the only thing they need to work on. But we will definitley come back again.

I loved the room and the color of the walls and the decoration. It was very clean, different and cozy. You will find all possible needed facilities and the staff were really nice and helpful. The location was perfect, 15 min walk to the center and you will find bars, restaurants and a supermarket near buy. We were lucky to stay there!

Parking. If you have a car, you need to go to parking garage nearby and the access and indications at this place are awful. This is not the fault of the B&B but it does make things more complicated as you also need to lug baggage around.

Very nice place, rooms were big enough and beds were comfy. The breakfast was excellent as they also provided made to order egg options (i.e. they would ask what you wanted such as fried or scrambled eggs and brought to your table) which was really nice. Location was pretty good with food options at your doorstep and pretty easy to get anywhere in town by foot and main subway/tram station maybe 3 minute walk away.

The staff went out of their to remedy a booking issue, and were able to immediately rectify the error by moving my room

It was the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. It was very difficult to have a shower or use bathroom.

The room was very big, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Everything looked clean. Having a cover for each person was nice. The location is near the subway and close to Vienna landmarks.

Although the breakfast room was very cute representing a small cafe, it would be slightly cramped and uncomfortably if fully occupied.

The staff were incredibly plight and helpful, the Breakfast was just enough, freshly cooked eggs to your liking, lovely petite selection of fruit salad veg and cold meats plus oats and pastries. The rooms in the family size for 3 were larger than I expected.

This is a great hotel. Quaint inside. My room was large. The area it's in is lovely. Nice bars and restaurants. Very Safe area. Very close to major sights. Lovely bar just nearby.

Not really a problem, just the room was a bit darker than my preference. Anyway I was happy with my room! The bathroom was bright enough to do my makeup and stuff.

Perfect location, very close to a tram stop and subway station. Very safe when I came back to hotel at night. Easy access to all landmarks. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Very kind staff members. I'm definitely going to stay here next time :)

The lights setup in the room was either too bright or almost completely dark. Nothing in between. A bit of an atmosphere lights would make place even better if that's possible. Not a deal breaker for sure. Just a nice detail maybe

Amazing place, Eventhough I was working and most of the day was out and about in the evening really enjoyed in a noce room amd location. I like the style of my room. Staff is extremely nice polite and friendly. Simply love everything about this hotel.Will be back
