Cleaning ladies starts in the morning to clean floor or other rooms at 8 a.m and everything especially vacuuming hears in room very loud, so i wanted or not always was woken up, but maybe others are not so sensitive or don't like to sleep longer:)

The staff was very friendly, the location is good, a lot of attractions are in walkable distance. And for the usual Vienna price rate it is a great value for money with what is offered (gym, location, etc).

I’m so happy we chose this hotel for our first family getaway; the entire staff is so sweet & helpful, providing us with the best possible solutions for our enquiries regarding transportation. Great hotel, lovely large room, super clean and helpful staff. Very good neighbourhood with a lot of shops to eat and drink. Breakfast could be better, if they were to change something every day. Say add omelet instead of scrambled, but pretty good breakfast all in all. Close to old city, close to the food market, 10 minutes walk to metro, busses around the corner. Highly recommended

If you have baby stroller there is no ramp in the corridor

Room was big enough to accomotate all the family (4 persons) with two TVs. Breakfast was very good. Especially espresso coffee was very nice. The area is very good and very quiet.

These were not deal-breakers for us but good to know: - We could not change the temperature in the room (we didn't manage to make the AC work) but the blanket was good enough. - The bathroom door did not close if the lock was not used. - It was hard to find the garden-view room (another sign near the outside doors could have helped)

We booked 2 standard rooms but had an upgrade on one of them - received a garden view room which was spacious( bed + sofa + table + desk) and it had everything we needed. The standard room was also ok (the sofa & table were missing). The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and divers ( the options remained 90% the same through the 3 days that we've stayed). The location was also great since there is a billa really close by (2-3 minutes walking distance) and many bus/metro stations. A big plus were the many restaurants in the proximity.

it would be great to have small chair in the bathroom, so kids can wash hands and brush teeth without additional help from parents

The room was spacious and had everything we needed, there was tea making set, glasses and water, breakfast was great with enough choices, although the restaurant itself wasn't very big and it felt a little bit crowded. It also served food in the evening which was quite good. We also liked a small garden in the hotel. it is 8 min walk from the metro station and around 25 min walk to the city center.

My key didn't work 5 times. it was reprogrammed, but again it did not work. I offered to change my number, but they didn’t give it to me. This is the only minus.

Nice location: quiet and very close to the center. Clean and good air conditioning (I was warm enough in March). Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options available, If you like walking you can actually go by foot to all major attractions, but there are public transportation options available also. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and clean and there is a Billa supermarket just 200m away.
