Limited parking on premises - had to drive around for a bit after check-in to find a suitable spot to park. Floor of room and bathroom were not clean.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good and conveniently located. Staff was friendly. Great value for the price!

Receptionist was rude and left in the middle of the customer service situation. WiFi didn't work at all, my devices couldn't even find it. The room was so hot!

The wifi signal was not reaching either of the 2 booked rooms, I had to stay in the hallway to use it. The walls are very thin, our neighbours could hear almost everything we were saying and vice versa.

Clean. Windows are good phonic insulators. The breakfast was good and served very thoughtfully.

Ventilators for sure would help in such extreme hot conditions.

Hotel rooms are spacious enough and provide good value for money. The room was clean, unfortunately in +30 degrees temperature, not equipped with AC. The breakfast menu is enough to fulfill everyone's needs.

Awful behavior both staff and owners. They didn't want to give us the rooms even though they saw our reservation. Very derogatory behavior towards us. I am really sorry.

Breakfast could be more nourishing, but we got used to german style: fresh buns, paste, jam and coffee.

Quiet location, no problem with parking (though it was summertime and not high skiing season, so probably not relevant), smooth check-in\out.

Since the accommodation is in the middle of the city and there is no air conditioning, it is quite noisy with the windows open!

The staff doesn't speak English. We tried a German-English combination, but the receptionist barely listened to us, so there was some confusion in the beginning. A kitchen worker helped us in the end.

We arrived on 27.12., the hotel was closed, on the door there was a telephone contact for the owner, who guided us to the room keys. Instead of the recommended three beds, instead of one bed, there was an armchair spread out, all the equipment remembers the last century. The restaurant was closed, despite the fact that it was marked as open in he description of the accommodation. We had nowhere to eat in the entire city and had to drive 30 km to another village. The owner came in the morning and was very uncommunicative..

It's a little outdated, but that's also part of the charm. As long as everything works and it's clean, I'm happy. So I don't really see anything to complain about. I could find something like the colour of wallpaper, but that's all taste, so, people often mix up their personal taste with how things should be. Excellent nice little hotel, would go back in a heartbeat.

It's quite an old hotel in a very nice little town. The view is great and it's located right across an small old medieval castle, which you can visit. We stayed there just the one night on the way through to Italy, so that's perfect if for a short stay. Staff was friendly, and very Austrian :) So don't expect that fake American 'hospitality'. I'm dutch , so I thought the staff was pretty ok , seeing it;s a small mountain village with ~5k inhabitants.

Nice historical building near the castle. Although in the centre of town, there was a good private parking behind the hotel. The dinner was good for a reasonable price. It looks like the restaurant is popular. We were waiting for a while for the table.
