Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomGreat rooms, nice and quiet (Room 434 & 415) easy walk to the metro (2 to 3 mins away to Westbanhof underground station). Good location, can also easily walk into city center and shops and restaurants are only about a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again should we visit Vienna in the future

PolandTechnical problems: noisy A/C just above the bed, one of issued hotel card didn't work, door locker broken. Room prepared for 3 persons instead of 4, but this was fixed quite fast.
We stayed for one night on our way to Italy to rest and visit Wienna. Tasty breakfast, great location, clean and cosy.

HungaryBreakfast is way too expensive, so we opted out. Most of the times, no clean glasses were available at the water station in the lobby, while dirty glasses were filling up the serving table.
The hotel is conveniently located near Vienna's Westbahnhof and within-walking distance from downtown. The rooms are well appointed with modern fittings. One interesting feature is that the contemporary shower unit is located right next to the bed, however we did not see any curtains for privacy. The beds are comfy and the room we received was very quiet. Free water and fruit are offered throughout the day at the lobby.

SlovakiaCarrying suitcases out of the garage and into the garage is difficult, over several stairs. Arrival at the hotel - no entry directly into the garage behind the Hotel, you need to park in front of the Hotel, and if there is no free place, then I don't know what to do.
