A fantastic spot for a biking holiday with great facilities for motorbikes. The food was excellent, booked the half board which included a comprehensive breakfast buffet, while the evening meals were varied and delicious, including buffets, a BBQ grill and set dinners during my 4 nights there. The staff were caring, friendly and created a nice atmosphere around the property. The location was excellent, and the single room booked, while a little small, was comfortable. The owner was kind enough to take a group of us on a full-day motorbike tour, showing us some of the amazing spots in the area which we wouldn't have found ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will certainly return/recommend.

the check in and check out staff (the same person) seemed a bit busy with other things. I don't know if she was overworked or that is her style. we didn't see any other staff at all so maybe she was running everything by herself, we don't know. we would come back and recommend this hotel though.

the rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable with great beds and nice bathroom. the location is good and there is free parking in front of the hotel. We didn't try the breakfast so we don't know about that.

Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast with self made smoothies and red fish. Big room, 3 types of sauna. 35 mins to Ischgl skiing and 30 to Sn. Anton by car 🚙 . Dogs 🐶 friendly. Evening restaurant inside so you can have a dinner after skiing facilities. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice 👍🏻

It is unfortunate that hotels still trust architects who propose to them transparent glass doors for the bathroom, including toilet. This is completely absurd, in particular for a family room, and it tends to ruin the whole experience. I am afraid this costed two points in my rating

The food in general was really good and for a reasonable price, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff was always attentive to our needs and tackled immediately all issues we raised.

The breakfast was so and so, but it's good enough for getting something to start up the day. Other than this, everything was amazing.

The staff was great! Very nice and helpful, and every time I spoke to the receptionist I couldn't help but smile! She was very bubbly, warm and energetic and made me really enjoy the stay. The room was great, with a beautiful view and a large balcony. It was very clean and quiet.

It is about 15 minutes walk to the town center. The quality of the shampoo and bodywash is really, really cheap and not up to the standard of the hotel.

I had a nice room with a balcony and a sofa. The bathroom was newly refurbished, nice, and modern.

when I got to the breakfast room there was a machine with freshly pressed orange juice (and absolute highlight), however, after I sat and went to get some it had been replaced by cheap industrial juice. Don't create an expectation that you are not committed to sustain.

lack of aircon (we should have checked first), room very hot. waitress spilt soup on the floor behind which went over my jeans and shirt, not ideal. accidents do happen but a better apology was needed. at breakfast most of the food was gone and we had to ask 3 times for eggs to be cooked.

Unfortunately, with this hotel, I learnt that being nice and easy only hurts us. I had upgraded my room about two weeks earlier to a more comfortable and larger one. On the day of our stay, the receptionist contacted us to ask if we could move to a nice flat they had next to the hotel, big and beautiful, and to compensate us for the move, they offered us a buffet dinner. They needed our room for three men they needed to accommodate. I was happy to oblige. The flat was about 300 metres from the hotel. We couldn't use the wellness area because everything was too far away. The studio was very poor, with poor quality furniture, we didn't even have bedside tables, in the bathroom there was no soap, or any other hygiene product such as shampoo, the shower had nowhere to put things and was partially divided by a curtain, so everything got wet. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the noise from the street, despite the heat, made it impossible to open the window. The buffet wasn't to our liking either and we preferred to eat a la carte and pay for dinner. When I asked by email if we could charge our motorbikes, that we just needed a normal plug, that we had our own, I was told that there was no problem. When we arrived, they told us to use the external chargers, without cables, and told us to get on with it, as they didn't know anything about it and were very busy. After a few minutes, the receptionist brought in a cable from one of their cars. The next day, another receptionist, extremely friendly and attentive, realized the situation and tried to minimize it. But it's not easy.
