You need a car if you want to stay here. You cannot walk to the town, too far and to steep.

The road needs maintenance up to the apartments .

After a long journey we couldn’t access the building and couldn’t get hold of anyone to help us… after 20 mins of waiting someone put head out of window upstairs and helped us. The phone number on door for emergencies didn’t respond. Also had to get taxi back up hill every day as not walkable in winter.

The view was amazing. Really modern and clean inside. Very warm and great facilities in apartment. The sauna is a great touch.

the way to the apartment is really dangerous as you have to drive all the way up the mountain.. there was lots of insects which was really challenging if you have kids. it was really hot during the day and there’s no air conditioning so put in mind the summer there. there’s no cleaning service but they do have the equipments so you have to clean daily by yourself..

the view of the apartment is just great, the cleaning of the apartment was fabulous. the parking of the car as well was acceptable. the size of the apartment is good not really like the photos but I would say it was fair. the communication was okay but you need to consider the weekend as there’s no reception, the contact will be only on WhatsApp. but it might take time to response. the staff salina she was really active and answering immediately but i don’t know if the number will be only with her or no..

The road to the property is unpaved road (not asphalted) and because of that, there were a small stone jumped to my tyre’s pad and make a problem that should be fixed by expert.

You need a car for sure - its 10 mins up the mountain, and you need to be at the lifts by 8.45 latest for free parking, but this was fine for us.

No Oven. small hob very hard to cook. Arrived late and room was not ready. had to wait at least 1 hour 30 minutes to get in room. finally got in at around 22:30. check in time was 16:00. host offered to pay for a meal for us as compensation however never contacted us again.

-Check-in process was not OK. We had to wait more then one hour to get the key. -could not find our Zell am See summer so we went to downtown to get the card by ourselves

Pretty far from the city center if you don’t have a car. it takes app. 20 minutes to walk to the center and 30 minutes to walk home due to a very steep road up.

Nice and clean apartment. Modern and with a lovely view over Zell am see.

The only thing I didn’t like is the payment only in cash! Which I wasn’t ready holding and I had to withdraw from atm and I had to pay two times of the charge to my bank!. And if the balcony barrier were made of glass it won’t make it hard to enjoy the amazing view, because we had to stand to enjoy the full view Or if there were high chairs it would be great to fix this issue. For people who doesn’t care about that I’m sure they will love every detail

It’s a steep walk from the main town so a car is necessary , even for fit people .

The property is newly renovated with modern bathrooms & kitchen. Two balconies with great views. All in all , we were very satisfied .

The only tiny thing we didn't like were the soft mattresses, but that's personal preference.

One of the best accommodations we've ever been in. Super clean and modern. It's located at the very top of a hill over the Zell am See town so there were no disturbances, only thing you can hear is the rushing water down in the valley. Both check-in and check-out are without any reception. We really enjoyed the privacy in this regard. All around perfect base for our hiking trip. There are trails that can be started right from the apartment and there are many many more just short drive away. The private sauna is cherry on top.

Toilet and bathroom are separated, not good. Do NOT take the Sonnberg road when driving to the apartment in Winter!!

Oh the private sauna and the view was the highlight of this stay! Everything was clean and neat. Thank you for the wine, honey and jam

1) completely inadequate kitchen - fridge without freezer - an old stove with 2 hotplates unusable at the same time - no hood ( food from the next apartment can be smelled through the connecting door ) - no oven - no microwave 2) non-functioning safebox - depending on the state of the batteries, definitely weeks
