The head waiters attitude! We had pre- booked our special meal for two at the restaurant. The head waiter had a really bad attitude when we decided that eating out on the deck was way too hot for us. He was throwing his weight around far too much. However, he did seat us. The experience set a bad tone though.

Room comfortable and well appointed with mini bar and coffee tea making. Also soaps etc provided just needed a better fan in bathroom. Location is near to park, busses and restaurants. Not too far from attractions and tour buses.

The staff was very nice and friendly, The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations, The parking is 1 minute walking from the hotel, The center is just 10 minutes walking straight from the hotel, There is also spar near the hotel 5 minutes walking, and various types pf restaurants besides the hotels.

There were no shower products, shampoo etc. The hotel is in a great location for what we wanted but for some who may want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle staying in the old town would mean everything is on your door step.

Staff were really customer focused, very friendly and helpful. Food in Sky Bar good choice and very tasty. Sky Bar had beautiful views from most areas. The Sky restaurant indoors was elegant with beautiful decor and felt relaxing. I really enjoyed the food and beverages offered and the views. The beds were really comfortable and the airconditioning really effective but not noisy. The hotel is extremely quiet in a location outside of the main hustle and bustle but almost opposite the Mirabelle Palace and Gardens which are beautiful. The hotel is within 2 streets of nice, not over touristy restaurants (Frans Josef Strasse). About 8 minutes to lovely shops and 15 minutes from the old town, 20 minutes from the Fort. The Hotel is within easy walking distance (along the same side of the street) of the train station.

The hotel facilities could use a slight refresh. Skybar was not that impressive. Electricity in the room was down for an hour at the middle of the day. Too expensive.

Good location, The staff is pretty nice and friendly although they were usually very busy and it took a lot of time to get a response although there where many staff members. Large room.

Really nothing not to like about the hotel. It's worth noting that there few restaurants in the area. The Hotel has a restaurant although it is quite expensive.

The Hote's location is very good and only a small walk to the main town area. Staff were helpful in arranging a tour.

We ordered room service one night and the cleaners didn't take the plate the next day even after cleaning our room. This was the only minor thing but the rest of the stay was faultless.

The hotel was very well decorated with a great range of facilities and restaurants. The location was great with just a short 10/15min walk into the old town

We absolutely loved our stay here. The family room was massive, super clean and nice friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious although an additional cost for our booking (not cheap but nice!). Great location - you can get walk to attractions, shops, restaurants and train station.

We had a room with a view on the gardens, but in fact we really didn't see the gardens as we could see other customers in their rooms right in front of us and all around us - So we kept the curtains closed for privacy.

We had a nice room. The bed were comfortable. It was pretty clean and big enough. We LOVED the restaurant on the roof with the terrace and the view on the fortress and the city. Nice sunset and staff very nice too.

The hotel is centrally located just 10 mins walk from the station and barely 5 mins walk from Mirabell palace and Salzburg river.....We had booked a suite which had 2 double beds which was very comfortable for the whole family. Bathroom was splendid and nice. Breakfast place is on the top of the roof and gives a very scenic view of the adjoining areas overall a very nice experience
