Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStaff at the main desk was mixed in terms of helpfulness, some very helpful, some gruff and quick. We did not have breakfast included and it was difficult and the restaurant and coffee bar weren't open before 9. We were able to barge into the breakfast buffet scene where staff kindly, and with somewhat confusion, got us a cappuccino.
The location was perfect, just over the bridge from the Old Town and near Maribel Palace and Gardens. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was delightful. The room was very clean.

United StatesShould be warned about the air conditioning/ heating system. AC will not function under 70° and will only blow hot air due to the automatic cooling/heating system. Also, beware. Do not get a room with a bathtub. It was extremely high and very difficult to get in and exit and I think dangerous. Be sure to ask for a room with a shower which we did but did not get.
My lovely place and the staff was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful. It is centrally located and only 15 minutes walking to Old Town. The parking is a bit confusing. We thought there was valet parking but was directed to the Self Park garage about a block away. Our Bellman actually did go get our car from the garage upon leaving. So we're still a bit confused about the valet parking option. The 6th floor restaurant is very good and has wonderful lattes.

United Kingdom- Breakfast very expensive. - Dog fee was expensive, especially as the room was under-occupied. They charged it for both nights of our stay, even though we didn’t get our room cleaned the first day. (And we also didn’t get the €5 voucher and the receptionist did not deduct it from the bill.) - I wasn’t sure if it was dog friendly, or just dog tolerant, but I appreciated the bowl and blanket. - I didn’t want to put the dog hanger outside the door, so I just used the “Do not disturb” one instead.
- Easy to find from train station and easy to get into city centre. - Just across the road from the Mirabelle Gardens. - Comfy bed. - Nice, big bathroom. - Everything very modern and clean. - Nice atmosphere in Sky Bar.

This hotel has lovely rooms with spacious bathrooms. It is walkable from the train station as well as Old Town, Mirabell Garden, and just a host of charming things. There are many restaurants near, the Panorama Tour stop is steps away, and you can walk to both Mozart homes. But the calling card is two-fold: 1) Incredible, personal, kind service from everyone under the Pitter roof, and 2) A spectacular rooftop bar/restaurant with stunning views of this glorious city. And PS....they make the best Cosmopolitans in Europe!
