1. Too many flies in the dining area. 2. Wasted too much time waiting for someone to open the safe. 3. Reception didn't explain about the Innsbruck card. 4. No soap in shower.

Breakfast & reception is down the road (about 100m) in another motel. The ground floor is weirdly abandoned?

This motel is clean and relatively quiet. The fittings are all modern & the balcony with a view of the mountains is lovely.

At first I didn't got the room I asked for. Then after I asked they switched the rooms . The rooms did not looked like the ones in the picture as they show. Both rooms were old . The furniture in the bedroom or in the Bathroom was broken and kind of fixed with tap and screws.

The view around the Hotel is beautiful. Parking is free and you have easy access.

The only thing I found a little distasteful is that there was a weird moldy thing in my bake-off sandwich. Possibly bad luck but didn't like it.

The view, bathroom was very clean. Beds fairly new in my opinion. Old doors and old carpet. But that gave the necessary atmosphere If typical Austria. Fine for an overnight stay or a few days stay. The wiener snitzel is a good diner meal.

Some walls and furniture need a little renovation, but nothing critical.

The size of the "room" was very large. In fact it was a small apartment rather than a room. Included breakfast gives all necessary calories. Very satisfied.

I needed a bit more information about how to check in. Check in was in another hotel in another street. An envolope with the key was in the reception, but information should have been given like "outside opening hours, please pick up the envolope with your name on it. There you wil find the key to your room. Check-in is from 7 - ??? in Hotel Edelweiss [adress and a small drawing of where to find Hotel Edelweiss]"

Most. Things needed a revamp, staff at other hotel excellent. I’m guessing it is owned by same, but was never given any information.

Rooms are very old and dated, clean but not part of main hotel. Had to walk approx 100 mtrs in drizzle for breakfast in mornings.

Short time span for breakfast, only from 7.00-9.30. (Very) strict ruling of seating during breakfast. By 9.00, many tables are already prepared for dinner, so choices are limited. During hot summer day, the room can be a bit stuffy. Internet connection could be better.

The newly furnished room with balcony facing the Nordkette mountains. Good location, not too far from Innsbruck. Very friendly receptions and housekeepers. Nice facility with swimming pool and sauna. Big flatscreen smart tv. Overall really love my room.

The restaurant is on another building and the food is not so good.Choice of food is very limited. They take the foods return back very quickly when it is 9:15 am. But the breakfast time is from 7 to 10. There is no lift in the hotel.No reception in the hotel where we are staying.

The rooms are clean and spacious.The view from balcony is very exciting.

They did not provide the wifi password so I had to walk to the other hotel for it, no phone for me. Beds were good but pillows could use an upgrade. The hotel seems like abandoned, since the reception and dining areas and kitchen are not used at all

Guy in the front desk of the other hotel (Edelweiss or something like that) was very kind and helpful. he provided a electric heater for my wife. Room was clean and very good! smart tv, bathrooms were clean and renewed. I had a little trouble with the shower because water was too too hot, but I managed in the end to have it a little bit colder (still hot). My room had a balcony with a view to the mountains which was amazing Even when you have to eat breakfast at the other hotel, it is very good, perfect for what we needed to leave in the morning. I read some comments about having to eat breakfast and checking out at the other hotel. for me it was easy. They left and envelope in the reception of this hotel with instructions about breakfast and check out

Important to mention one key issue. I have stayed in the Edelweiss Hotel, which is just nearby and ok place, but that was not the hotel and room i have picked here in booking. Owners need to be transparent before the booking and not after.

We were located in an annex (a different building, 3 min from the main building) which we did not know. The breakfast was good, only confused with the table seating. Some tables were reserved for rooms, some not, we did not receive instructions on the breakfast seating rules. We booked 3 rooms (5pax), one room could use a little bit of maintenance: wall was not finished, a random internet cable coming from the middle of the wall, broken light bulbs.

The beds were very comfy, the shower was good, cleaning everyday, new fresh towels. It was a good accommodation to stay, nearby busstop to go to the ski area, only took 20min. Another ski area is not that far from the hotel, walking distance. Both good ski areas!
