Well maintained hotel with very comfortable. I had a good sleep and enjoyed the stay.

We liked basically everything.

Hotel is at a very convenient place. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also bus stop just right outside the door. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We have travelled on business purposes. We needed to stay for 1 night nearby Vienna so the place was more than enough. We even went for a nice evening walk around the area. Definitely a great place to stay.

If you want to visit the Vienna, it's quite far away. There's no reception during weekend afternoons so we had pick up key cards from a box. This is understandable, though, and we did get a description of how to reach the parking with the key cards. It would be good to have some more information on that page: like phone numbers to call if you have trouble with anything. For example we had a little trouble opening the door of the room with the keycard. We got in eventually, but I would have liked a number to call if I couldn't get the door opened.

I was shuffling through TV channels looking for English language news and scrolled through several hardcore porn channels with a lower channel number than BBC world news. I had young kids with me and feel strongly that it should not be possible to accidentally view this. This was a massive negative for me in what would otherwise have been an excellent stay.

I arrived late and I had minor issues with the electronic key to open the room door, solved. I called the number for customer assistance and received very kind feedback. I did not manage to connect to the room wifi. I did not have opportunity to ask the hotel personnel, maybe they would have fixed it easily.

Room spacious, tidy and well equipped. Very clean. Very kind personnel. Nice breakfast. Located at walking distance from Kaiserebersdorf train station and thus convenient for sleeping near Vienna airport.

The location could be better, but the connection to both the city centre and the airport is quick and good.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was tasty. Free tea and coffee were available for the hotel guests.

in the first floor, except for few rooms, if you need to go to other's like mine, you need to do additional 3 steps and if you are with high hills and big luggage, it is uncomfortable. You do not have room service, nor machine where to get food at night.

the bathroom was very small, but super clean and nice.

I only stayed here because Vienna was in lockdown and therefore I needed a place nearby to be able to reach the city easily. This place met all my expectations. 10 min walk to Kaiserebersdorf station to the center of Vienna. Super clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, very cozy and warm room, and quiet place to sleep. Autocheck in after 8 pm, all easy and nice. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone needed to stay somewhere to catch an early flight or to be somewhere in this part of the country. great choice.

Breakfast was 10 Euros extra, wish it could've been included in the price. But everything otherwise was great!

Everything was perfect for our needs. Staff were very friendly and sweet with my 3 year old. We were very close to the old town area and all the sites. Very pleased with our stay.

A lot of spiders on the walls. We had to ask for a vacuum to clean all the spiders and dust

Very small details in the room cleaning like not hanging up fresh towels so that it wasn't clear that they had been changed, and one morning the shower gel wasn't replaced, when there was less than a half bottle remaining, and used teabag wrapper was left on the tea tray. But actual cleaning was done well

Terrific hard working staff for breakfast service, nothing to fault. Great location, easy for city and for airport.
