Sink too small, no dishwasher, too few kitchen utensils, no washing machine, only if you talk to the staff, otherwise the stay was pleasant, quiet location. No free parking, you have to pay.

The location was not very close to the main train station. There is an Underground metro station nearby but you have explore around. The kitchen was not complete. There was no water heater for tea and only a single pan to cook everything - not enough cooking utensils or a decent knife to cut veggies.

The size of the apartment is big for a family of three and there was a functioning dishwasher and oven.

The location of the apartment is excellent. The subway station is a few minutes away on foot, but if you don't want to walk, you can use a cable car which stops on the next corner. Lidl market is across the apartment, and it's very convenient if you need to buy something. We paid extra for the parking spot, but the car was safe in the garage, and we didn't have to worry about it. The host was very friendly and helpful.

We liked the apartments. It has everything for comfortable living, even for a long time. We stayed for one night, but if we had time, we'd stay longer. There's a supermarket right near the apartment.

the facilities are good but nothing extraordinary. The room was okay, we missed just a few things in the kitchen such as an oven rack. The bathroom wasn’t also 100% as clean as you’d get in a hotel and the freezer was not useable since there was a giant block of ice inside and you cannot fit anything in there.

the room was spacious and close to metro and grocery store. We were happy there was a parking spot available. Check in process was easy as well. The room had almost everything we needed for a couple of days. happy we found this place.

The reception staff were friendly and flexible as we arrived early. The apartment was just in front of a Lidl supermarket, making it convenient to buy snacks and breakfast. The staff was helpful and even offered to clean and tidy the room after a couple of days stay. The room was well prepared. Whilst the location was not right at the areas of interest, there is a tram stop nearby, Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The elvator is very small. It's a 4 person max load without luggage so you maye have to make a couple trips to avoid the stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay here! District 11 isn't as lively as the city center but it's very easy to get to the center with a Vienna City pass or equivalent because all forms of transportation are nearby and cheap. The hosts and staff were all very friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. Great communication throughout for me and my family. We have a large car and were concerned with parking, so the staff called a partner garage to check for spaces and height restrictions. A staff member walked with my husband to our truck and assisted him the whole way to the garage to make sure we could get settled in as soon as possible. The building might be a little old, but everyone there does there best to make your stay comfortable and affordable - just communicate with them to get something in the aparment fixed or to get extra cushions or blankets.

-The Location is very accessible with two tram lines (oposite directions ) to choose to go the city center. 10-15 mins walk to Wien hbf or Vienna central station. - Good and easy communication with the staff. - You can leave your luggage ( reception area ) for free after checkout . -And grocery store ( lidl ) is just infront of the apartment !!! -Safe and quite neighborhood
