The walls and doors were very thin, we could hear nearly every conversation from the room across the hall from us each morning.

Nothing too bad. TV channels had to be set up but we didn’t need it anyway. Would be better if the shower could be fully closed because otherwise the water was all over the bathroom floor.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, AC was really good for the hot summer weather. Quiet neighbourhood, barely heard any noise. There were places to eat out nearby, walkable distance from the very centre of Vienna.

A bit of anti-pest control would help, as the weather was hot and there were some flying insects, but not something major.

They changed the towels every day even though I left them tidily hanged and not on the floor. Cleanliness is better than not clean ofc, however that was unnecessary and environmentally unfriendly

The staff was really helpful; on the check-in day they provided a city map and suggested what attractions to visit. We received a room on the sixth floor with a balcony that had a pretty nice view. The hotel is positioned close to the city center and, in its proximity, has supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel is super clean, they change the towels every day.

The bathroom has an awful smell. The mattress is not great. The furniture is old and worn. However, overall, the room is decent for a short stay.

There is a lot of public transport nearby. The hotel is cheaper than the rest in the area. The staff is friendly.

Great value for money. We arrived at Franz Joseph Bahnhof which is an excellent location for a visit to Palais Lichtenstein. Good Ethiopian restaurant 5 minutes away It was only 35 minutes by public transport to the airport on our departure.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, with parks and many good bakeries. Very well connected with multiple tram lines. Simple but nice rooms at very good prices.

As I have many food allergies, I have to pack my own items no matter where I eat. While the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of cut fresh vegetables and fruits, there was a lack of milk-free and gluten-free extras (with the exception of a single granola mix) that could have catered to those unfortunate who cannot induldge. I will pack my own pillow next time.

The room was clean and renovated. Bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was equipped with everything, from cold plates including smoked salmon and fresh rolls to scrambled eggs and a choice of beverages from coffee and teas to juices and even sparkling wine.

The shower was a bit cramped. On the Friday morning the breakfast room was much more crowded than on the previous mornings, and the staff didn't seem quite ready for that.

Room was fine, and I liked the fact that it was nice and quiet, even with the window open. Breakfast was good. It was easy to walk to the centre of town from the hotel.

The reception is not the friendliest and the lift is quite small so just to take note.
