On the early hours of the morning, someone cleaned really loudly and for a really long time. When you go on vacation and want to sleep until 8 in the morning, it's quite annoying

The parking is tight but we managed to park a big SUV. Nevertheless, there may be some problems with bigger cars.

The apartament is located in the walking distance to all city attractions. It is a quiet and comfortable place to visit all important monuments. We will definitely come back when we travel through Austria. Thank you.

Bed is very uncomfortable and a few items need to be looked at to maintain the property. Was not aware that we could park the car in front of the building to take our luggage in.

Location across the river from the old town was good with a parking garage close by. Quiet at night although you can hear the neighbours in the other apartments which are very close. Could walk to everything did not use the car during our stay.

Parking is secured in a public garage, 2 mins walk from the apartment, which is great - but you need to park in the pedestrian zone and run to the apartment to collect the parking card. Also at checkout, you need to exit the parking, and then run to the apartment to return the parking card. Parking garage is very tight, so if you have a big car like me - good luck. This parking inconvenience is really the only thing that personally bothered me in the otherwise excellent stay and experience.

Location is excellent, just behind the Kunsthaus Graz, 3 min away to the historic center.

The spacious apartment is clean and comfortable, situated in the city center. For those traveling by car, parking is available at Orpheum Garage. However, you need to enter the apartment first to obtain the parking card, as the garage is a 5-minute walk away.

Apartment was was just as described and very comfortable in a superb location close to great restaurants right on the edge of the old town and close to the station. Everything was clean and worked well and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. I really enjoyed my stay.

This great and comfortable apartment with central location. You can find there everything what is needed for stay for family. Easy check-in system with code. You can walk in few minutes to all main atractions and there is a lot of restaurants and bars around. Moreover owner has sent us our pillow which we left in apartment what I really appreciate. We will stay there in the future for sure!

It's a little convoluted to get the parking card before entering the off-site parking, but it's only a minor thing, once you've figured it out, it's very easy.

Booked same day but hosts were very communicative to supply access information and entry codes. Beautiful spacious room with additional pull-out sofa, kitchenette, balcony and separate bathroom and hallway areas. Tastefully decorated throughout. The best thing however is the location, walking distance to old town Gratz and with a nearby parking facility included in the price!

We used self check in & out for the first time and we really liked it. If you have a car, the parking lot is close to the apartment itself. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay, it is very comfortable and modernly furnished, as well as clean. The area heats fairly quickly if need be. The apartment is located almost in the center of the city, but nevertheless is also extremely quiet, especially at night. Bakeries, shops - everything is just a few steps away from the apartment. We spent the night in the family studio.
