Great location. Free parking which is almost impossible to find in Vienna. The host is extremely kind and gave us very useful tips on where to eat, what to see, how to get to the locations that interested us. The interior design of the apartment is beautiful and exceeds our expectations.

Appartement is situated in lovely old house, nearby all important museums. Parking was very close and we get free ticket for it. It was excelent experience, you feel that you are in Vienna when you look at beautiful old furniture and sleep on feather pillows. Our arrival in Vienna was bitter because of our son's admission to the hospital on the next day, but because of the comfortable atmosphere and cosyness we felt much more relaxed and prepared for tomorow.

The apartment is everything you need for a break in Vienna. Clemens was super nice and communication was great. The location is perfect and you can walk pretty much everywhere from the apartment. There are many cafes, restaurants and brunch places in the neighbourhood so make sure to check out all the recommendations from Clemens. Would recommend 10/10

The location is very close to the city center. The parking spot is located in a garage close by. Feels secure. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and maintained. The host was there to greet us and explain everything.

My family decided that this was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated in a historical building. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Lovely bath to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Great Wifi. Airconditioning (although the apartment doesn’t get too hot even on hot days). Clemens was terrific with helping us to check in and out and keeping in contact during our stay. My experience is that with apartment stays you don’t always get the service of a hotel or B and B (and sometimes don’t even meet the owners), so the personal touch here was really appreciated. Herzlichen Dank Clemens! The information folder in the apartment is one of a kind - exceptionally well thought out and presented. Finally, nothing could beat this location in Vienna. Within walking distance to the sights in the centre of town, plenty of restaurants nearby, supermarket and train station a few minutes walk away. And the icing on the cake - it was quiet in the apartment to ensure a good nights sleep.

the apartment is magic: it is located into the most ancient building into the Neubau neighborhood . you can feel the atmosphere of the glorious past years in Vienna. the location is perfect. you can reach all the sightseeing places by walk. the staff is very nice and ready to meet all your requests and needs.

just be aware, no elevator. however, my mom of 85 year old was able to manage stairs and she loved the place

feels like you stay and sleep in the museum, excellent location. bedding is super clean and comfortable. you have all the information required in a large binder in the room, with maps and even prices. we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne 🍾, cereal and bottle of milk in the refrigerator for the first morning of our stay. communication with owner is excellent , he even carried all our luggage to the 3rd floor (building is historical and no elevator). groceries just 2-3 min away (walking). overall, we enjoyed our stay in Vienna
