There’s a transparent partition between the bathroom and living room. Since we’re not a couple it made us a little uncomfortable. The same thing goes with toilet.

No coffee or tea was provided. If thinking of cooking, will need to get oil. Cutleries and basic kitchen appliances were provided. Difficult to get hold of the host, wanted to drop luggages early but no reply from them. Ended up storing suitcases at the harbour.

The room was great, bed was comfortable, view was amazing. Had dinner by the lakeside.

Due to the travel arrangements in the winter time a heater would have made the stay much more comfortable.

We originally booked the apartment. The day we were due to arrive we got notified that there was some plumbing issues in the apartment so we got moved to the boathouse. This was phenomenally smaller , wifi wasn’t working and the tv was struggling to connect. we messaged the hotel a number of times to ask them to assist and they didn’t once reply to our messages over the 3 days we were there. We got offered a refund for price difference for the inconvenience but it has been 2 weeks now and we still haven’t received anything from them and no communication response. We booked this place with a checkout stating on booking.com being 11am, but then we were kicked out of our room at 10am with two people starring at us waiting for us to leave. as soon as we closed the doors they rushed in and cleaned everything in front of us with minimal communication. We asked why we had to check out at 10am and not 11am like our listing and the lady said “booking.com is not correct you must leave 10am”. it was a bit of a disheartening experience considering the beautiful location. There are a lot of other beautiful hotels in the area and if I would stay again I would be looking elsewhere.

For me personally it is unacceptable to have windows without curtains. Also from the main door of the apartment, if someone is from outside, they can watch normally and see all your movements. Because it didn't have curtains on two main windows we couldn't move in the room because if someone was outside they could see everything. there should be an update somewhere where the heating monitor is located. If it can be fixed the problem in the toilet had a very bad smell.

No toiletries were provided. Also, the host was unreachable on the phone, I forgot the phone charger in the apartment and couldn't reach to stop by and pick it up. I had to contact Booking support for that, but by the time I got the response, I already left Hallstatt so I had to buy a new charger ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The place has stunning views of the lake and mountains. It is very clean and tidy and everything looks very new. A little terrace in front of the apartment is really a bonus here, you can spend time having beer or coffee just at the lakefront.

cleaning about apartmant was worse over expected, everywhere was spiders. other problem was parking car without apartmant in The parking With payment 15eur/day and payment taxi too, if in The e-mail was writing shuttle taxi will be free.

It was a bit tricky to walk through the city carrying the luggage to get there, but I guess that’s what it takes to be downtown

This apartment is a perfect place to catch some relief in beautiful Hallstatt! The kitchen functional for couples, bathroom with high standard shower. In the bedroom the windows are facing the lake and mountains which makes it magical! You can enjoy peacefully evening or morning breakfast in the small garden watching the sunrise embracing the mountains and jump straight to the lake whenever you want!

Firstly, the day before our reservation, we received a weather alert advising people to avoid roads as heavy rain and flooding were predicted. Our reservation did not give the right to cancellation, but I tried to contact them trying to make some changes because we were afraid. We didn't get any feedback. We chose to go anyway (it was extremely dangerous, I definitely regretted it) When we arrived, the shuttle was not in the parking lot and there was no one to guide us. When entering the apartment, very dark! Of the 5 lamps in the room, only 1 worked. and finally, in the check out day, at 9AM an employee came into the apartment to clean! Since we were still resting in the bed! (check out was at 10AM) Unfortunately, nothing was great. Zero support, zero responses. I don't recommend

The door was a bug hard to deal with but part of the experience

Best comfy stay with vip lake view. Everything was super clean. The kitchen was actually equipped to use, sale and oil was provided along with some fry pans. The bathroom was super clean and stylish. Good wifi and Netflix included. Prefer for the rainy night we got.

NO response from management during stay! I tried calling with no answer and no return call. And no response from email. The stairs were steep and narrow and this was not revealed in the information about the property. I would not have rented it with traveling with heavy luggage. Also the instructions for getting the return van were incomplete and it was difficult to know what to do.

Quaint and on the water

Our stay in the rental apartment started with excitement, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The digital lock, touted as a modern convenience, became our worst enemy. Imagine standing there, luggage in hand, tired from travel, and unable to access our temporary home. We called the property manager repeatedly, but nobody answered the phone. Emails and messages went unanswered. It felt like we were trapped in a digital limbo, waiting for a response that never came. Hours ticked by. Our patience waned, and frustration grew. How could something so simple become so complicated? We wondered if we were invisible, forgotten, or just plain unlucky. Finally, the guests next door came to rescue. He experienced the same problem before and helped out to open the lock. We had never experienced stress, uncertainty and lost of time like that.

Lovely little apartment, with well laid out facilities, especially the shower with a glass wall ;) Comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Literally like the lake is all yours when sat outside, nice and private too.
