Apartment was small to accommodate 3 adults with luggage. You have to carry your luggage to 2nd floor as there was no lift

Overall, great stay. The bedrooms had windows that open, but the living room/kitchen window did not open. It was very difficult to cool this area, especially when cooking. It would have been very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, because this space was so warm. (Luckily that was not necessary for our group). Also, take note: there is only one grocery in town and it is very pricey. If you can, bring your own groceries.

Wonderful apartment with lovely view of the lake. The apartment was 5 minute walk to train station and ferry port, as well as 15 minutes to the only grocery store in town. The showers were hot and the beds were comfortable. The wifi worked great. We had one family with two kids in the room with sofa bed and another couple in the other bedroom. This was a good accommodation for our stay in Obertraun with stunning mountain views out every window.

- The bed was terrible. Very creaky and we felt the springs through the mattress, it was painful for the back.

+ everything was close. Kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge, kettle were great addition. It was easy getting in and checking out, keys were in the door. The staff was available via phone call or text or Whatsapp, although we didn't need to contact them at all.

Not clean- poor breakfast and very expensive - no one to assist us- smelled bad- dirty entrance - we were told to take out our garbage as if we were not at a hotel - visa machine didn’t work- no one cleaned our room during our stay - no good WiFi

3rd floor

The location is PERFECT. Bus station is 50 meters away, pizzeria 30 meters away. Train station is 350m away. And a gorgeous lake with epic views just 100m away. Perfectly located.

We only had one problem. There was a clear sound coming from the apartment next door in our room. Also a bit of renovation could work best.

The best thing is its Location. It's walking distance from the Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen Bahnhof ~ 400 meters. Other than this the apartment has some nice views from the apartment. The apartment that we had, had all basic amenities in the kitchen. The rooms are a bit old but clean. Before coming to Obertraun, you must keep a watch on the weather.

When you opt for public transport Just the connectivity to the location is about every 30min to 1hr

The location is good and walkable from the train station. Though there is wear and tear inside the rooms, overall it's a good experience to stay.

No elevator...if you have many stuff or big luggage is not convenient for you to go upstairs by the ladder. You must to take the garbage to reception every morning or when you check out by yourself. No soap or staff to help support you everytime.

The main issue was bed . We were 4 so we booked 2 double beds. The bed in bedroom was great but the living room turned bedroom was nt at all good lack of mobile charging points, not good bed, the bed was sofa turn bad and whoever 2 slept on tht bed always a back ache. Plus when we booked the view of room was tht we will get balcony to share but the room we got was very different and again the living room balcony did nt had a view. Very disappointed when we were showed something else nd given sumthing else. Plus no good wifi

There is only one staff member in the morning, and sometimes no staff is available at all, making it impossible to inquire or request any services. And this accommodation doesn't have an elevator, which can be challenging if you have heavy luggage.

You can walk from the train station in about 6 minutes, and it's even more worthwhile if you add extra money to reserve a room with a mountain view. The accommodation is much better than expected, with a kitchen, dining table, and sofa. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and there is a balcony with a very beautiful view.
