All the little thing that matters to us. Chocolates on the pillow was lovely. Pajamas folded daily was festive home. The breakfast experience was wonderful because the staff was frfriendly and attentive.

Perhaps the reservation desk staff could have shown more interest in a guest looking to return to the hotel after staying there five years ago. There was no interest, and the best price offered when I called the hotel directly was higher than I could get through Booking.com - and it was a last minute booking. I had hoped they may have been happy to welcome a person back who had actively chosen to return rather than seeking a cheaper deal.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and loved it. The room is beautiful and there is a gorgeous big balcony with an amazing view. The room offers total comfort and meets all needs. Nice toiletries and towels etc.

Excellent Hotel. Views from Floor 13 are 10/10 Breakfast is great, with a view as-well. Close to the center. At walking distance. Had a great stay here.

In my opinion, you could change the soaps and shampoos for something better. It seems like a lot of money has been saved here. It's either don't offer anything or something better.

This was the best hotel I've been to this year. The room, although it seems old. Everything is clean, everything is there. The breakfasts are amazing! I haven't stayed in a long time so delighted with the breakfast service and the great view of Vienna! I can safely recommend the hotel for booking!

It was extremely hot during our stay and their AC is almost non- existent. Room small with very small but nice bathroom.

The beds were too soft, so not so comfortable. the decorations are outdated...not to everyone's taste probably. the hotel is quite pricey.

We loved the perfect location. The staff was very helpful. the room is big and well equipped. Free cake and tea in the afternoon is a small plus!.

Amazing location. Walking distance from Wien Mitte train station and also from the old town centre. Rooms have a balcony with a glorious view of St Stephandom and also Vienna!

Location and the best views in Vienna for a hotel. Breakfast was also excellent! Very close to restaurants and attractions. Hop off bus station out the front. Quiet location away from noise of tourists.

Very friendly, smiling staff. Wonderful view over the city. Very close to the Stephansdom platz and city airport train station. The room was clean, comfy, with big terrace. Vienna is an amazing city, so the the hotel only completed a great experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We had mentioned that we would be coming with children. My children were very happy when they gave special welcome and gifts for children. It is a hotel where you can stay with your family. The breakfast is sufficient.
