We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe cleaning lady tried to open the door at 8am every morning to clean our room, even on our departure day... Not the hotel's fault but Dornbirn is not reputed for its tourism, there's not much to do, except enjoying the hotel.
One of the nicest spa areas we've had the pleasure of enjoying. There's also plenty of space for all guests to have a lounge chair and their personal space. Our bedroom was very spacious and the bed comfy. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice, and had everything even at 10:30. It's also right next to a shopping mall, so practical if you want to do some shopping. The restaurant is also very nice, and the staff friendly.

NetherlandsSome spa facilities were closed during our stay, but the pools were open. Breakfast times on weekdays are until 10:00 am, which we found somewhat early for holiday guests. There is quite a busy road next to the hotel, but the sound from this is minimal, especially on higher floors (we stayed on the 10th floor).
Staff was amazing, especially Nick from the front desk was very nice and helpful! The air conditioning in our room did not work well, and we were given another room without a problem. This was very nice! Breakfast was slightly limited, but very good in my opinion. The Spa was amazing and very spacious. Unfortunately some facilities were closed during our stay (some saunas were closed). Parking was 10 Euro per night, an okay price, and the parking garage is spacious. There are a lot of facilities around the hotel (Burger King across the street, large shopping mall across the street, multiple restaurants and gas stations within walking distance). The room was nice, very comfy beds and great views. Value for money is great as well! Overall an amazing experience, and I would definitely come back if I need to stay in the area!
