We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Brazil- parking is available, I did not have any issues but maybe a bigger car may face some challenges.
it is located inside a business building, in a quiet neighborhood in Lujan de Cuyo, close to supermarkets and bodegas as Lagarde and Luigi Bosca. Facilities are very clean, modern. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfasts are continental and individually handed in the room. We asked to stay for more days and would definitely come back again.

United StatesBreakfast was not great. Just ham, cheese, fruit, juice and milk first day. The second day, to go was better- added breads and spreads. Breakfast is supposed to start at 8 am and they deliver- little later than expected. They arranged to leave it in the room later, but they peeled the fruits and they were bad when I got back :( I was so sad! Have to leave the room key at the reception every time you left. No phone to call receptionist from the room.
Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, modern and clean. Bidet and hot/ cold water at all times. Receptionist Paola was a life saver! She went out of her way to help us out! Gave us breakfast in advance for next day and help us out with figuring local stuff. Made my whole stay better! Thanks again!

United StatesThe apartment kitchen could be stocked better. For example there was a frying pan but no spatula. There was a colander but no large pot to cook the pasta. When we received the large pot the next day, the small sauce pot was removed. Also the neighborhood is for locals basically. There are no restaurants, cafes or bars in this part of town. The local store had a 45 minute line to get our supplies for the kitchen.
The facility is fine with clean, comfortable rooms with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is a continental breakfast which is brought to your room at your desired time.
