Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesWe got bug bites (but the property had bug spray readily available), property was not near town (but there is a small shop less than 5 m inute walk away with sodas, etc.) There was some noise from the road but it never disturbed the peaceful feeling of the property.
This was one of the best B&B stays we've ever had. The park-like setting made it so easy to relax and feel like just staying at the B&B instead of going out. They were very helpful in organizing an outing at our request for a non-wine tasting excursion that was both interesting and educational. The dinners on site were among the best we had during our month+ stay in Argentina, thanks to Claudia the chef.

CanadaOur room was adjacent to the highway. As such it was very noisy early in the morning. The room was somewhat small as well. This room should be discounted as it does not present the same value as rooms further into the grounds. Mauricio did offer to change the room on the second night.
Very nice grounds. Mauricio was very helpful and arranged a great vineyard lunch. Breakfast was exceptional. Meals are available at the property and are recommended as the cook is great. There is a wine cellar on the property, and a great selection of wine is available. The pool is nice and they are working on heating it.

United StatesExceptional B&B in every way. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They helped with finding wineries, booking taxis, and were so helpful with our many questions. And the food was amazing! Breakfasts were in the peaceful dining room, and we had several dinners out on the patio next to the pool. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, which was ideal. One of the bedrooms had a coffee/tea service on a table next to the window--perfect for playing cards together at night. A beautiful oasis for our family vacation! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

United StatesBreakfast was lacking. They offered the same foods each day, so after the 4th day it felt redundant. Our room was by the front entrance, I recommend getting one of the rooms by the courtyard, because the traffic was noisy on some nights. The location isn't the best, it is off of the highway but it isn't close to anything of value, the city center is a good 10 minutes away.
The staff here goes above and beyond to make it an exceptional visit for all the guests. Mauricio & Augustine were great and helped us planned our winery visits beautifully. (Take advantage of their knowledge and tips!) Our bedroom was a great size for 2 adults, we had an extra twin bed that we did not use. For its location, we were impressed with the hot water in the shower, the pressure wasn't amazing but it was fine. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool (that we did not get to use due to cooler weather), a common dining room and courtyard. We enjoyed all of it very much. Speaking of dining room, get the dinner made by Claudia, she's a pro. We ate really well on the nights we stayed at the B&B for dinner. Even the dog on the property is friendly, Pancho, is sweet and calm. Be aware of Pedro, he can be a bit naughty. But who can blame him? He's a german shepherd pup. We were happy with the staff, food and service and we would return when in Lujan de Cuyo.

A lovely small hotel/b&b with a very personal approach. the staff are very helpful in organizing visits to the bodegas and arranging taxis. the gardens are very nice, the pool clean and a good size. the room (we had the family room) was clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 4. all the rooms are well spaced out so you feel like you have lots of privacy. The evening restaurant offers a great 3 course meal washed down with some local wine of course! we would stay again.

United StatesThere was nothing to complain about!!!!
The rooms were beautifully kept with an unbelievable staff. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to make sure we had anything we needed, even two arranging winery tours for us, as well as transfers to, and from the airport. The food was delicious as was the wine. We were so glad that we ate dinner’s in their dining room every night! If I am ever fortunate enough to be back in Mendoza, I will not even consider staying anywhere else.!!

United StatesFirst and foremost, the entire staff is what makes this property a standout. From the moment we booked, we felt like we had friends in Mendoza. Nacho and staff went above and beyond to assist with our schedules and sight-seeing.... and then making quick changes/accommodations in light of closures due to the World Cup. They even arranged for an amazing lunch for our large family at a winery where we took in the World Cup final, the vineyards and the Andes! We were pleasantly surprised by the property. It was a little oasis. There are plenty of areas for groups to mingle and also quiet spaces to relax. Every morning breakfast is provided which was a perfect way to start the day- an assortment of food and coffee and teas. Dinners are also offered every night. I highly recommend them- they are a must! Claudia is an amazing chef and host. Our dinners were delicious- several courses and dessert along with plenty of the area's nicest wines! It was a special way to end each day. We definitely hope to return and highly recommend staying here
