The resort is located on a hill out of town but a free shuttle bus is available for trips to and from town. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was very good with a great selection of food and the views from the bar and dining room were great.

Bar food was not great which was disappointing. They could make more use out of the bar area which has a spectacular view.

Very good breakfast , with lots of options in a lovely area. Staff were friendly and very eager to help. The paidtransfer to Cerro castor was great. The comp shuttle to Ushuaia was very handy. The spa was lovely.

Our reservation was not found upon arrival, it took a while till all was then set. Dinner first evening: just tooooo long: 2 hours for 2 course Dinner: 1 course was proactively offered: appreciated!

Nice property & location up on the Hill. Nice Full Buffet Breakfast, Nice room. Yoga activities: nice but location in front of entrance not ideal. Easter eggs Home made from Chocolatiers: Nice experience!

Everything was perfect

Splendid views, superb food and drinks in reasonable prices, very friendly staff, nice swimming pool with an onsen. Good choice of wines and a variety of acitivities like live music, trekking with guides and yoga.

You should take into consideration that the hotel is not in the city center. There’s a shuttle, but in order to use it you should be a bit earlier for departure since the number of seats is limited. However, the taxies are not so expensive.

The vies are amazing, spa zone and breakfast are exceptional.

Gym and sauna were not open until 10am. Espresso coffee and breakfast was not nice - just have the free filter! Only 1l water provided in the room which was not enough as were were requested to not drink water from the tap.

Room and bathroom were a great size and had windows that opened allowing fresh air. Comfortable beds. Outlook was amazing. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Close to town taxis were readily available and cheap.

the location is up a big hill out of central Ushuaia . It offers a lovely view, but requires taxi to get to and fro. the rooms were adequate, but need updating

Hotel is comfortable and staff are helpful. The manager, Mariela, helped us immensely when travel was shutdown by a strike by extending our stay. Nice restaurant , bar, and spa.

The spa and swimming pool are great but It didn't have any view. I would like the Hiroki Minipiscina Japonesa with view to the bay!

The view from the room was excellent. You can see the entire bay of Ushuaia. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and the room is so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the archery activity. the teachers are excellent.

The issue with paying when we left was AWFUL. I was lucky I had enough Argentinian Pesos. I wanted to pay in US$ cash and then they wanted to charge me at the Banc Nacional rate (AR$/US$) which would have DOUBLED the cost of the stay in terms of US$. That is outright robbery. I know full well that if I give them US$ cash, they do not convert that to pesos at the bank rate.

The service and the food were excellent. The staff was very attentive. The food was great at both the bar and Le Martial restaurant. The spa was clean and well maintained. Very peaceful.
