Breakfast was filling but not great and served to us on a tray with no choice. Accompanied by fruit that was past its best and shouldn’t be served to guests.

Many things. The breakfast reminded my wife of Soviet-era rationed breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was the bare minimum. We were charged Ar$3,000 to get two scrambled eggs. Mixing Hot and cold water for the shower was quite difficult and we are fortunate we did not burn ourselves too much. The internet connectivity in the room was poor and we had to go to the common area to access the internet to do our travel-related work.

Check-in staff Gustov was exceptional. Very polite and helpful. He provided us with useful local information. We arrived late and needed a warm drink. Gustov helped with warm milk for our Tea.

No air-con but perhaps not really needed due to the weather conditions.

Located just outside the main town centre, but it was easy enough to walk to it. There are lovely views of the lake from the hotel and the walk is lovely. A lot of friendly dogs near the lake who will follow you the more nearer you go to see the birds in the lake itself. Hotel suited my needs as I just stayed 2 nights. Coffee can be ordered near reception and the worker was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good price as well. Breakfast area was spacious enough, although at the time I went, there were not many visitors around. Room was ok for a single traveller but no air-con. I had to open the window which did not open too much.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are small due to the fact it’s an older historic property. We had a great stay and hotel is located close to bird sanctuary with a modest walk to shopping and restaurants.

The rooms had small closets. Not enough for 3 people luggage. We had to keep most of it packed. The included breakfast was a fixed menu. It would be great to have some options.

It's a cozy place that makes you feel like home. The staff is amazing, always willing to help. Nice view of the lake from the lobby, and the location is fairly close to the town (15 minutes walk)

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Then we rented a hotel in a quiet center, one category higher and for the same price. Breakfast is very poor.

Location is far from city. The carpet smelled old, and the room also smelled strongly of cleaning fragrance. The bathroom drain sometimes had smells coming up, but that's pretty normal.

Could pay in cash. Front desk always had someone, and they were always helpful and sweet. The cleaning lady was helpful too because we asked her questions when she just happened to be across the hall. (We were too lazy to walk downstairs to ask our questions to the front desk.) Bathrooms are new.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the housekeeper didn't clean the room in the third night. Also be aware that you have to pay an extra 21% of taxes if you pay using local currency despite the rate shown by the hotel in booking is mentioned all taxes inclusive.

It is a super comfortable place, but my advice is, if you don’t have a car it can be a bit far from the center, but nevertheless it is manageable. The staff is always ready to help you.
