We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaWhat a wonderful place to stay! The owners will make you feel at home. Patricia and her sons ensure your stay is perfect. The room and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (eggs, fruits, good coffee and many pastries). You are close to wineries, good restaurants, bike paths and more. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The space and tranquility were great as I had to do some work in the mornings and early evening, but I also managed to have a full holiday enjoying lovely walks to Chakras center for dinners, and location also works for touring Mendoza city and visiting winerys.

We had a wonderful stay here at La Bignonia. The room was beautiful overlooking the garden. The property was so homely and relaxing. The breakfast was so plentiful we enjoyed 3 courses in a calming setting overlooking the pool and garden. The host family were incredibly accommodating, and Rodrigo drove us to several vineyards and secured us a lovely lunch reservation.

United StatesIt’s not clear whether it is a family home or a B&B. The manager (a son) was totally unresponsive to issues we were facing with regard to the AC that was making random loud noises or that the shower stall was leaking & flooding the bathroom. The place is rudimentary (don’t let the photos fool you). Not recommended at all.
It has potential. The proprietress was gracious & a nice lady.
