Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

BrazilOnly thing is that they don't serve lunch. We wanted to have a free day to enjoy the hotel and we had to eat in a nearby restaurant. Not a problem if it is opened, but check the dates as they are closed once a week.
Amazing hotel, great view and very polite staff. Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in and I don't think there are any other hotels in mendoza that have a view that comes close to this one. All staff try to be as helpful as possible and this makes a big difference. The food was very good as every night they invited a different cheff to prepair the dinner.

United StatesThe only reason I'm not giving a 10 is because the cabin was very cold inside. I'm fully aware I went in winter but was not expecting winter feel inside of the cabin. There is one heater in the bedroom that barely heats up the room and the light is so bright on the heater machine that it interrupted my sleep. To be fair, there is also a fireplace with wood , matchsticks and gas you can use to light/make a fire. I just had a problem with keeping it burning. Also, opening the bathroom door was very awkward as it created a very tight space.
My stay here was so serene and absolutely lovely. The cabin was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Having a seat outside wrapped in a blanket and watching the horses was incredible and it was so peaceful and quiet outside. I also enjoyed the family style dinners, the menus changed. Breakfast was simple but good. If you are not out on the wine tours and want lunch, there is a lovely restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Loved the charming fire place. Keep in mind this is a very dirt/rocky and hilly road. Be ready for a bumpy ride for the last 30-40min before you arrive.

United KingdomAs per many other reviews, the roads are terrible for about 15 km up to the property. Took us nearly triple the time as expected to drive that section. We had a smaller car and even messaged the hotel to ask if we should upgrade to a 4x4 and they said no, we would be fine. We would have been much more comfortable in a bigger car and almost everyone else there had a jeep style one. Note there is also no lunch options at the hotel so you either have to bring your own food or go to the nearby restaurant. However it was closed the day we were there so we had no food options from breakfast to dinner because everywhere else is much further (1hr +) and we didn't want to risk driving the dodgy roads again. Not an issue but an FYI we booked a two bedroom suite for two couples - and one room was significantly smaller with two single beds Vs the much more spacious and beautiful view main room. Felt like a children's room so we took turns in the big room. The staff were a bit of a mix, some were not that helpful or friendly as what we expected for a place at that price. But overall ok service.
Absolutely stunning location. Can't really beat the views both in the day and stars at night. Gorgeous communal pool which was under used by guests. Great option of meals in the evenings with a rotating menu from different chefs. All served on a long table so you socialise with other guests. Loads of wines to chose from as well. You could add on activities like massages and horse riding. There were also quad bikes and electric mopeds you could borrow for free which were fun!

NorwayLight in the cabin - there is litterally two modes: lights on and lights off, no dimmers, not even bed light! the water in the shower just stayed on the floor for the whole day.
THE VIEW! We love staying at remote places and mirrow cabins;) so if you want zen and one of the best views in Argentina - this is the place! dinner on site is also recommended!

Absolute beautiful place to stay. The staff are fantastic, roberto, asriele and Ismail made our stay unforgettable and all so helpful. The rooms are fantastic and feel very spacious. The dinners were a lot of fun, one evening they had a live band come to play. The food was brilliant and changed daily with the menu adjustable depending on your taste. Would definitely come back here.

AustraliaThe road in. Rooms have a bit of a tired feel in parts.
Great location and beautiful setting. The road in is horrendous though. Tough gravel road that goes on forever and you really need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Our driver got 2 flat tyres on that road.

United StatesTough to communicate if you do not speak Spanish - although we are in Argentina so that is not the hotel’s fault (it is our responsibility).
The view from the room was incredible. Every room has an amazing view. The dinner was home cooked and everyone that was staying there sat at a long table together which was really special. The food was incredible. When we arrived at 1130 pm the owner immediately greeted us and made us feel right at home.

United KingdomNothing it was perfect
Let’s start with the views! From waking up every morning to see the snow capped Andes from our bedroom window to enjoying that same view over breakfast and finally watching the sun set over the volcano before dinner was truly spectacular. The staff were amazing and a big shoutout to Felipe the owner who made us feel part of the family. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed sitting down at the big table and getting to know all the other guests - a really great concept.

BrazilThe internet was not working. I tried to work from there, but it was not possible. It's not a good option for working remotely. Go to relax, and you will be ok!
The hotel is perfect for 1 or 2 nights. If you plan to stay more days, I suggest picking another hotel because the rooms are small, and the location is 1 hour from the bodegas. I suggest staying 1 or 2 days relaxing at the hotel and enjoying the beautiful view! I love the lounge, the food, and the guests sit together for breakfast and dinner. It is a fantastic place!!!!
