The one bedroom villa was beautiful and super spacious. Each has it's own private pool and place to sit outside and light a fire at night. Staff was all extremely helpful as well.

The property itself is amazing with a great view and amazing facilities. However what makes the stay truly spectacular is the staff. Renzo and Mattias are so helpful and warm that you truly feel at home. They helped me plan my itinerary in mendoza with great suggestions and coordinated with all the suppliers to make the process extremely seamless.

I’m nitpicking, the only detractor is the road to get there, once you leave the highway. It’s a typical regional dirt road but it’s a long one. It would be handy to have a decent car for the trip

Pretty isolated, if you don’t have a car, the transport arrangements they offer are way overpriced to the usual Uber/taxi cost in the area (and lack of other option leave you stuck to pay the scam price). (“Dirt road”, I paid $12 Uber to get there, and they asked 50$ to get out with their “contact” driver). I recommend the establishment to find other options for drivers and bring price to the range of Mendoza. Limited food options. I contacted earlier in the day the hotel to ask for reservations at their restaurant and got no answer back. Once there, learnt the nearby resto was full and got stuck to eat the “room service” options. Good tasty food, but limited options, and $12 an empanada is off the chart for Mendoza region. For same price we would have got wine pairing 6 courses meal..

some infrastructure is not ready yet, gardening still being done. Biggest lack is a restaurant for dinner. There is the nearby Boher Rosell hotel as good dinner option, but at some nights they don't accept external guests and an alternative restaurant is 45 minutes away. Room service good quality but prices exaggerated, especially as they don't offer restaurant service. No pool

Everything was great!

Everyone we encounter was friendly and we appreciated the fact that they spoke English, because our Spanish is very bad! We showed up before check-in and were greeted with a glass of wine, and then we were able to relax on the patio while they delivered our luggage to our room along with a bottle of wine. The staff made sure everything was taken care of on the trip...they scheduled our tours of wineries, made dinner reservations, and booked all the transportation we needed. They showed us around and we were able to bike or walk around the entire property, and anytime we needed something it was quickly done.

It is very far from any facility with 4km non-paved road to access. Recommend to rent a car. The restaurant facilities are far from the chozos, long walk that can be uncomfortable in bad weather.

The studios have an amazing view. They are comfortable and with a modern design.

the design of the bathrooms is problematic - the level of the wet room style isn’t angled properly, causing water from the shower to pour out across the bathroom and into the bedroom. this is a shame as it’s beautifully done. but the design flaw has to be fixed to avoid others having to sponge up all the water from the bedroom carpet and bedside, wasting valuable time for relaxation and wine tasting!

this is an extraordinary property with amazing staff and amazing attention to detail.

some very small details to fix. the biggest downside was the rough road between the route 86 and the hotel for about 4 Km. however great credit to the property manager notifying me in advance so o could take an alternate route. very very hard to find some negative things about this property. breakfast could be a little better

Does not have a running restaurant and some facilities are not yet fully operational, and it's location might no be the "best".

I believe that Chozos offers a significant trade-off between its location, which boasts stunning views of nature, and its facilities. While it currently does not have a running restaurant and some facilities are not yet fully operational, this could be considered a drawback. However, it remains a fantastic destination for relaxation and enjoying the breathtaking views.

the equipment of the villas is sometimes cheap- blinds falling off in the shower after a year, wall paint on oak doors, corrugated iron tiles on the veranda, paint coming off in the Pool and the Veranda etc. give it a cheap finish. also the breakfast is a joke given the price tag (Even no orange juice, eggs etc.).

the Team is excellent, very friendly and helpful. the layout and design of the villas is stunning.
