The shower drain was clogging and shower water could be hotter.

Claudio the host is extremely friendly helped me with the tours and the transfer, location 20min walking to city center, good cost-benefit, comfortable and spacious.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. It was always warm which is good in such a cold place. The location was good, about 20 mins walk to the town centre, a bit of a steep climb back up but perfectly doable or a taxi is just under 2 USD. Claudio the owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything we needed and helped us to organise tours and excursions including sorting out a taxi driver to take us to the national park cheaper than an organised tour.

To be fair, I got the value for the money. I have only the shower to complain about. It is too small for an adult. Otherwise, everything else was almost what I expected.

The host went out of his way to arrange for affordable transport to the airport, sightseeing, and other activities around town. I even got a very good discount through him. The facilities are clean and quiet.

Everything is fine, very pleasant experience. We arrived at 10am, although the room was not ready, we were able to store our luggage in advance. The room is big enough and clean. The host is very friendly and the communication is very positive.

We loved this apartment, it was perfect for us as we like to self cater (although there are loads of good restaurants in town as well). The 1st night we realised there was only one cooking pan but Mabel soon bought us two more and enquired as to whether we had all the ingredients we needed, she was lovely, so friendly. The view was amazing and we relaxed and ate breakfast watching the ships and planes. It is a walk of about 30 minutes into town if you use the wooden steps at the end of the road. Claudio speaks English which was helpful to us as our Spanish is poor and is very proud of the apartments. He welcomes the guests and also helps with luggage and makes sure guests are waved off when they leave. Definitely recommend staying here. If we are ever back in Ushuaia we would happily stay there again.

Claudio was an excellent host, helped with cases, taxis etc and was very happy to share his local knowledge. Chalets are wood and well designed. Bed was very comfy and kitchen facilities were good. It is a little way out of town but taxis are reasonable so not a big problem.

Claudio was so helpful with everything. He replied very quickly to all my questions before arrival. He suggested the best tour for me, as I had limited time and got me a 10 percent discount. He also ordered the taxi for me as I was leaving very early. And he asked me to whatsapp him at that early hour to let him know my taxi had arrived. As I was arriving earlier than check-in time, he allowed me an early check-in too. A lovely place to stay with such an attentive host.

Kitchen was clean and well supplied. A little out of the way and, although you can walk down to town, it was necessary to get a taxi back if you had baggage. Nice peaceful location and a view of Martial Glacier from the road.

Claudio is such a wonderful host. Really friendly and helpful. The house is simple but really beautiful, with cabin vibes. Stunning view on the canal, port and mountain around. Nice little kitchen so you can cook. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. Hot water and heaters. 15min walk to the center. Cutest neighborhood.

Everything. Host was absolutely wonderful and apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for a party of three. The location is quiet and a bit off the beaten path. A 12-15 minute walk gets you to centre. Going it is all down hill so, of course, returning is up. Anyone of average fitness will be fine. People with mobility issues will probably find it very challenging. Taxi to centre was around 3-4 USD and taxi to airporti was about 6-7. I stayed twice at beginning and end of my Antarctic cruise and I would not hesitate to stay again if I were in Ushuaia.
