AustraliaThe reception staff were not overly helpful. To be fair there was a language barrier but they did not go out of their way at all to help us. Pretty much almost eye rolls, can't understand you, not going to try, so your problem. Despite us using a translation app. We worked things out for ourselves so all good.
The location of this hotel is great. Very convenient. Easy to walk to all the main spots in town, restaurants etc. Supermarket and laundry literally across the road. Breakfast was good. All the usual suspects available. It is a reasonably basic hotel but very clean and comfortable. Totally adequate as we were out and about all day every day. Hot shower great, heating great. Beds are quite firm which is 100% fine for me but my friend found them too firm. Wifi was good. We had a room overlooking the road which seems to be a main street so was pretty noisy. I'd recommend taking ear plugs as I did and it wasn't a problem for me. I would stay here again because the location is so good, breakfast is good, it is comfortable and reasonable value for money.

CanadaBeing on the main floor we could hear everything going on in the reception area. We understand the building is older but it would of been nice to sleep in without the 7 am breakfast group noise. Please consider memory foam mattress toppers for your beds for added comfort as they were quite hard to sleep on.
The staff were exceptional and very helpful with any questions or concerns. The breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus as well as unlimited coffe/tea and croissants. The location was excellent being so close to the busy downtown and having many restaurants and shopping to choose from.

IsraelOur room bathroom requires a bit of renovation. A bit awkward thing was that the sink in our bathroom was literally inside the shower, which isn't very big by itself And also no drainage on the bathroom floor, which was a problem when the floor gets wet.
Receptionist was very informative and helpful, very welcoming, always smiling :) Breakfast was very rich and varied, containing fruits, cereal, cakes, breads that you can toast, hams, and cheese, etc. Bed was comfortable and wide, room was comfy.

The property was closed. But there was a note in the door directing us to The Concept Hotel. We liked it a lot. Good location, clean, friendly staff. The price was very good.

United KingdomThe rooms are very run down and need refurbishment, paint falling off walls, missing plaster, cracked window frames, dirty blankets covered in hairs and towels that had to be changed as they were stained. The only window was a tiny frosted sliding frame so very little natural light. The reception area which can be seen from the street is much nicer than the bedrooms so gives a false impression.
The location was excellent and the staff were friendly.

The staff were amazing. Julieta & Veronica at reception were really understanding when I lost my debit card and had to pay with cash. Our room was really comfortable and clean. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Best breakfast we’ve had in South America! Great location in the centre of town
