The view is excellent and worth the money. The room was okay, the location is really good, very close to the main square. Breakfast has a lot of options.

The hotel could not solve the broken air conditioning within the day or change the room, it was quite uncomfortable in August. The room was changed the next day.

Very good location, a few minutes from the central square. The hotel provided all the declared services. A big bonus is the possibility of parking in the yard behind the ramp. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. Very pleasant staff.

A perfect hotel which is in a centrum of Yerevan. From terrace you can see a wonderful view to a mountain Ararat.Breakfast was very tasty, rooms are cozy(cleaning is in the highest level). Perfect hotel for individual and family trips 😊

Many little things like they give you an electric kettle but there is no socket to plug it in - you have to crawl under the table and unplug the fridge first. They give you drinking water on arrival but on the following days they don’t. Noise protection isn’t good. I didn’t like the view from my window on photo but that’s minor.

I liked the politeness and support of the staff, also the cleaness of the hotel. The location is great, very close to Yervan main attractions. Pivate car parking is a plus to stay in 14 Floor hotel

The Reception team really nice and really helpful. We really enjoyed staying there, made us warm after the coldness. As well hotel is quite new, facilities and the room are well conserved. Wish the best to them team :)

The breakfast was quite large, and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The room was a good size and access to the terrace was nice (even if it was December and a little cold). The view from the terrace and breakfast room was nice and you could definitely spend a relaxing morning just enjoying the views.

I am not sure if were was an AC in the room (I didn’t see it), for me it wasn’t a problem as wether was quite comfortable, so in the room it was good temperature. But I don’t know how it will be in summer and in winter

The tall guy from the reception is kinda sarcastic when i ask if it’s safe to roam around during the night. He said it is more safe than to my own country. I was offended because I think it’s normal to ask about it esp for the first timer like me in the country.

Location is perfect, very near to everything you need. From grocery, restaurants, tourist spots etc.

I loved the stay at the 14th Floor. The staff is exceptional. I would like to make a special mention of Yana at the help desk who guided me about my stay all the time The kitchen staff were extremely polite and nice too. In fact, they cooked a vegetarian breakfast dish especially for me when they got to know about my dietary preferences. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended! Bonus, I had the direct view of Mt Ararat from my room 😁

Nothing to complain about.

First and foremost, the young reception staff team who were fantastic. All extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself, although tucked away down a small alley, is in a great location. A 5 minute walk to Republic Square and a further 10 minutes to the Opera House and Cascade. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, money exchange bureaus and ATMs in the immediate neighbourhood. The breakfast terrace on the 15th floor has incredible views across the city and on a clear day, Mount Ararat in the distance. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold options. Omelette and sausages, an array of.cold meats and salads, yoghurt, cereals etc. Coffee, tea and fruit juice. Perfectly adequate to start the day.
